I've seen many rice paper tutorials but Anna's tutorials are by far the best, most thorough, most precise and beautiful tutorials and techniques I have ever seen here on youtube. Anna, your sails are hands down, the most gorgeous. Everything you do is extravagant, professional, and gorgeous. You should be a billionaire by now. You are super talented and nobody compares to your talent.
I’ve seen a lot of rice paper sail tutorials but your sails are definitely the most beautiful I’ve seen, by far! I will have to give them another try with your technique.

This is Pam--I'm making a 3 tiered wedding cake and adding rice paper sails up the side of all tiers but I like to fully finish my cakes a day before delivering so wonder if the sails will hold up after refrigerating? Thank you.

I have a tutorial on how to make a wafer paper bow - that could give you an idea. All you need is to introduce moisture, shape it and let it dry in a shape you want.

Good to know! No, but mines are 95% dry... They stay on their own and just a liiiitle bit of moisture left.
Will they stick well on buttercream?
Yes! I would suggest to dry them fully before attaching to buttercream

Great idea! If your fridge is dry and rice paper sails are fully dry - should be ok
