Thank you so much for making this video. You just saved me a trip back to the dealership easy would have been upwards of 500$.I have a 2016 with 110,000 miles and it run perfectly fine sounds great. I started have starting issues and it would randomly die on me. The part itself was only 50$. I can’t say it enough thanks
About to change mine out tonight. Made an appointment to drop off the car, had CEL when I dropped it off but by the time they actually looked at the car the light went off. It stalled 3 times for them but they couldn’t figure out what was wrong so they gave up and the car sat for two days without them telling me they were done. Needless to say, if this solves my issue, I owe you one!
My 2014 3.5L Sorento (previous model) has the same sensor. Did not have to disconnect anything else but to disconnect the sensor from the car you have to take it out with wiring attached. It's rather dumb design as it the clip opens from the engine side. And it's 10mm down there 😂 And let the engine cool down a bit before sticking your hands in there - hurts 😂 Thanks for the video - helped...

Yup, I owe you!
This happened to my kia 14, no code at the moment, then check engine light started coming on then off. Finally hooked it up and it was this part.
