This video really helped me. Much thanks. Several other videos cited they covered Kia Forte 2012 but the engines were very different. Only hard part for me was how to remove old plastic clip holding wire under the coolant hoses. Had to break off end of plastic to remove it from the hole.

Saya tak pernah compare side to side kedua sensor ni tuan. Pendapat saya, tak sama.sebab varian engine yang berlainan. Sensor forte 1.6 dengan 2.0 juga lain. Even lokasi sensor ini pada engine juga lain.

Step sama shj tuan. Cuma position CKP sensor tu kalau untuk 1.6 rasanya di depan enjin.kalau 2.0 kat belakang.maaf saya tak pasti sangat tp kalau menurut penceritaan member2 yg guna 1.6, situ tempat dia.
@user-bk6ft6yv5t sure. Re-watch that part. See where they take the pliers and pull the clip off,,, don't! Just push down and the clip releases and you pull off. A little wiggle wiggle and your off. Remember, push down on the clip. Don't rip it off,,,, you'll lose it if it falls off the pliers. Go ahead,,, ask me how I know 😏

Seingat saya, tak sama tuan. Model 1.6 di bahagian depan enjin.

Kalau ikut simptom tu saya tak rasa sensor CKP. macam fuel pump dah clogged.pressure minyak tak cukup.

Tanda yang obvious engine akan mati masa idle & tengah jalan.jerking masa tukar gear saya tak kena tuan.

Yes, as long the engine is 2.0. because 1.6 variant the sensor located at the front.

I think it caused by rear wheel ABS Sensor.

Hmm what could possibly wrong.have you check the harness properly connected?
Maybe you need to do a cam and crank relearn
At 5;10 you dont REMOVE clip,, you just push down on clip and remove.

Tak keluar kod ape-ape.saya tukar as preventive. Selalunya kalau sensor ni rosak enjin akan mati tiba-tiba masa tengah idle.
😂gah everytime I’ve done this I end up yet to jack my car up. Yeah it’s easier but safer tbh.
