I must say this is stylish and beautifully done. Buying it is one thing then the running costs. It would be something awesome. I’ve been lucky enough to experience a luxury building in Melbourne and there is something special about walking into a luxury building. There was also a glass enclosed pool with a gym above overlooking the pool. No I wasn’t rich it’s a long story but I really felt special. I find so many apartments now totally inappropriate. Very small, no storage, cupboards on a wall that they call a kitchen and prices that simply don’t reflect value. Wouldn’t it be great if there were truly affordable apartments that were practical and where ordinary people can manage to rent or buy them. A lot of people are very anti apartment living but if it’s done well and there are strict rules in place to keep things looking good then it can be a great way to live.
Luxury apartments should only be rented but never bought. The management companies have a habit of raising fees as they wish, and as you've pointed out, what's luxury without space?

Water resistent fabric?
for outdoor furniture, they are made with water-resistant materials/fabrics. I used to work on a customised project for W resorts in the Maldives and proposed Sunbrella fabrics, which is one of the leading brands for outdoor and indoor sofa, upholstery, etc.

Love the views, the expansive terraced area, and the layout, but I'd have to augment it with another floor down below for a total of 6 to 8 bedrooms and a separate floor for my children. I'd also want to redo the interior; this is too effeminate for my palate.
One could also lighten this place up with the likes of Kelly Brook for walking/talking and interactive sculptural masterpieces to fight the occasional bouts of boredom.
