Lived around there for long periods and London in general and the rejuvenation of that area is exceptional. For decades, such a wasted and grotty area but the apartments are superb and the restaurants and bars, beside a scenic canal are really worth a visit for a meal and a drink. This apartment is superb, and the engineered balcony screens, fantastic.

These structures are amazing and let's give credit to the builders and engineers over who designed and built these holders over 150 years ago. These holders were all dismantled in 2011 and taken to a specialist contractor in Yorkshire for renovation works, then taken back to London in 2013 to be rebuilt. I actually do remember these holders in the 70's when i used to drive in with my dad in his lorry delivering copper reels.

🍁My breath got taken away and my heart was stolen when i saw these buildings!😍❤So futuristic modern fabulous architecture and quietly elegant at same time. Inside, the first room the lighting made it feel so warm and inviting, the whole penthouse felt like that. Great lighting great interior design, i like splashes of colour in places it feels more homey then. That bathroom about fingerprints was really good. The host was right, practicality with beautiful design😍

I bumped into ur channel by accident and I have to say ur video content is very impressive. Absolutely love ur videos. U have such great presentation skills!!!
The one thing missing (and apologies for being picky), is around content of the lease terms and service charge. If u do not want to comment on it in the video, maybe u could provide a link where this info could be found.
As we all know, in leasehold properties, what u buy is the lease not the property itself.
    Other than that, great job!!!
Really looking forward to the next video!!!

The roof terrace opening is really impractical in London, unless you like rain puddles in your hall and up your stairs.
Nevertheless the spec is great, so many high end apartments are let down by dated and generic finishes.
You never mention what the service charges are, I'm guessing they're astronomical.

It's a really nice apartment and a nice place to live if you don't mind the surrounding tall buildings and hustle and bustle below. I personally wouldn't live in Kings Cross. The steel works around it when looking from the inside out just aren't nice and they serve no purpose. Wait when the cost of maintaining rusting 19th century iron comes in. The building's name is just ridiculous. It sounds like a name an employee at Screwfix came up with. Where do you live mate? I live at the old Gasholda. It could have been called King Cross Round Tower or King's Place/Tower.

If I had that kind of money I wouldn’t invest in a space that doesn’t offer any form of practicality. They state perfect for a family but realistically it’s not. The downstairs living area is within one corridor offering no privacy. Love the idea but at 7.4mil I just don’t see the WOW factor

Mark, this is a stunning development that blends the old with the modern. Mirroring the curve of the exterior with internal walls is good detail. The moment you have curves, the costs rises. The exterior shutters are a continuation of the shape of the building. To find comparable data with this would be difficult, however I am sure the GEA was used as opposite to NSA but would you really object to having great outdoor space? I am sure the purchaser will see value in the uniqueness. Regardless if you agree or not, I would like to say Harriet presentation was very good it would be good to meet the team one day.
