I honestly loved the place. I don't quite get the complaints about the penthouse. One has to consider the location and London is not a cheap place to live. I live alone so for me the penthouse is perfect, the size of the kitchen with that fridge and freezer is reasonable and the outdoor space is stunning. I just hope that it hasn't been sold yet!
It’s hard to believe how bad this apartment is for over 8.6million . Tiny living room with equally small tv , then small narrow kitchen with wooden bench , wtf ??
Exactly, and the 2nd bedroom on the upper floor is small and cramped. The wood finishes in the bathroom are ridiculous and won't last 1 year. The fabric headboards will not last either and will show ageing fast. Will be a difficult resale to anyone who considers buying. Not worth the price in view of these limitations.
If this is a repost this is the better one. I don't mind the small kitchen anyone who can afford this doesn't cook so it's fine. I love the attention to that cute banquet seating and art. I had hoped we would see another unit to show us the difference in penthouse to apartment units. Maybe even the hotel. It's a thought wonderful viewing thanks Matt and Summer
Actually, that's not true, most millionaires prefer to cook for themselves unless they're running on a busy schedule. Billionaires rarely do chores, they just have their own team of staff.

LOL the apartment is AWFUL, think you may have mis-valued this apartment by £7 Million......... awful decor and interior design, tiny kitchen........... Sorry guys its horrible......
I work next door to this. It is so ugly - the weird colour panels and rust struts look like a derelict 80s shopping mall. I don't understand why you would pay so much to live here. The area is a business district with zero charm. You might be next to your office I guess. How depressing.
No . Its leasehold. You will never be able to buy the leasehold on big Developments. There is also service charge and ground rent to pay. Fee for parking too . Ground rent proberly about £1000 a year . Service charge about £10,000 per year . If you able to buy a parking space , I wouid say £50K + Not much of an area . For that money , your better of living in Kensington or Chelsea. At least you will feel safe when you step out side of your complex
Who in their right mind would pay over 8 million for this flat, the kitchen is about the same size as a small 1-bedroom flat. You could move out of London and for this price get a mansion with acres of land. There nought as queer as folk.

Considering all the small spaces like the guest bedroom and kitchen im surprised you didnt showcase that large outdoor terrace space more
Because the outdoor terrace looked sooooo cold and miserable!
Great views. I don't understand why apartments in the UK have such low ceiling heights. For 8M I would want at least 3 m ceilings
Density of plot development = return on investment.
Seen this before, I remember the small cheap TV
Reupload ?

Good presentation but this has to be the worst value for money of anything ever.
Looks amazing 🔥 Surely you'd never get tired of those views.
We allready saw this in your chanel guys.
I was thinking re- upload as well.
Perhaps there was a re-edit or price change so they reintroduced it?

‘Here’ every second word. It’s such a bugbear.
Have I seen this before?
Beautiful ❤
The kitchen is tiny
Flat was ok but the interior was crap everyone’s taste is different if the furniture come with it I would have to have it removed
Beautiful, simple, relaxing, but the Tv room . kitchen is small and of course the price!
Incredible view?
Shouid be for over £8M , Taxes and fees
I was hoping to see a bigger kitchen this time 😂
I have seen this before
It's too weird and cluttered

Очень неудачное расположение обеденного стола.
Does the penthouse becomes your property permanently after you pay the £8.6m?

@@lawrencer25 The law has changed for the better around the lease period. You could also have 999yr leases, if not freehold.
