Ngl if he's a 5-star character with Insight 3, he'll be really broken. Think about these: • A character that has an uptime buff depending on his position. • Base counter, taunts the enemy for 2 rounds (other characters only 1 round except Sputnik) ~ up to 3 at 3-star card. • If only he can reach level 60, assuming he has 16k HP (helped by the pattern) then his ult. Shield would be around 11k thick and it lasts for 2 rounds. • The rest is in the video & let's not forget that he's only a 3-star character 😎👍 Additional notes🔻 ▶The number of his position shift increases with the card rank. He can only move left and right (cannot teleport to the front/back-end if he's already at the corner) ▶Neither Baby Blue nor Kakania psychube is the best for him. Baby Blue missing the healing done per debuff card, Kakania missing the Genesis DMG when attacking. Hope there's a psychube in the future where he can fully benefit from all the effects. ▶An alternative for the two psychubes above is 5-star Зима psychube (A Free Heart). I didn't mention this in the vid because the base HP% boost is too small (8%). ▶The extended buff duration from his ult (to the targeted ally) is 2 rounds -but it counts the moment it activates, just like Mercuria rank up buff. So you'll see it as 1 round instead after the round ends.

I couldn't find a detailed guide about him like the video you have, many thanks bro for satisfying my curiosity! He looks very packed with utilities for a 3* character 🤔 hopefully he gets the fix too
A small correction: The Fighter's Best Wishes has more base hp than Beyond Wonderland, 2800 vs 2600, so for the passive playstyle it's even better. Beyond Wonderland does have more atk and the crit passive, so I don't think the damage will really be all that different. Also, he isn't the only one who can boost both his defences. I'm not sure if "low-rarity" includes 4*, but if so both Oliver Fog and Cristallo can boost both for the whole team, although at a lower percentage. But for the 3*, there is the amazing Bette who's buff can boost anyone's defences at a similiar percentage.
