Sometimes cops can obviously be jerks, but thats not a hood time to be a smartass either. Go file a complaint after if you feel its necessary. But going the "contempt of cop" route isnt smart!
A cop stopping you when you’ve committed no crime so that he can hunt for a crime or some excuse to extort you for money is not exactly what some people would consider as “acting cool”.
