@japaneselazyhousewife Thank you so much, I've done a little research and while most Korean fish cake is not gluten free (has wheat) the Yamasa brand that I've seen at our local Asian market should be okay - no wheat! I have a pack of gluten free O'Foods tteokbokki but I've been wondering how to add some protein to it. I hadn't seen that type of fish cake before your video but now I know! Thanks again. ❤️
