Silence is great after long day with screaming children 😂
You're right.🤣 The kids are so loud that I am so thankful for a little quiet time that I want to pray to God for a little quiet time. 🥹🙏✨LOL!
I see no problem with being a dark person as you call it , I like being on my own company . Being tall has it's done side I'm 188cm tall and get a lot of back pain . I'm always impressed with your cooking and love of udon .
Thank you😊 I never knew that taller people come with lower back pain! 💡💡I wonder if various advantages and disadvantages exist, like having a large chest means you have stiff shoulders? LOL! But still, I envy you, you are too tall. 👏✨🤩There are none near me.🥲
I think it's perfectly fine to want to be alone, some times we don't have the energy to deal with everyone else and the chaos they may bring. I am not a tall person, I am 5' 3" or 160cm tall, but the rest of my family is taller than me.
Thank you☺️ I see! You are almost the same as me! Even though we are the same height, the style of non-Japanese people from overseas is extraordinary.💃🕺😳✨
I think I've gotten over my 広島お好み焼き phase for now (although I try not to add the noodles...so I guess it's Osaka style but layered, LOL - i don't like how moist osaka style is), this week I've been making 肉じゃが with konyakku noodles. (i'm trying to stay away from carbohydrates as much as I can) How long do you have to boil the sinew for to make it tender? Are cabbage prices bad where you are for this winter? I've heard the weather is bad this year for cabbage crops so the price has doubled and tripled in some places. I have hazel/green eyes, but all of my kids have brown eyes lol. Westerners also wear colored contacts like in high school, because you always want what you don't have naturally! Oh! Do you have any tips on how to get a 5-year-old to practice their hiragana, colors, etc? And what kind of things are they expected to know before 一年生?(Sorry for the random question but I don`t have any Japanese friends or family with kids yet!)
I didn't know the difference between Hiroshima and Osaka okonomiyaki! Is Osaka's more moist? I see,💡😯 konjac really works. It cleanses the intestines and I have to eat it actively. But I can't stay away from carbs yet. LOL! The sinewy meat was first boiled out of the water to remove the scum, and when it came to a boil, it was boiled for 10 minutes and discarded. Then I changed the water and boiled it on low heat for 1 hour. And finally, I discarded the boiling water again and boiled it with enough water to soak, seasonings, and daikon radish for about an hour!🐂 Wow! I used to choose these colors because I adored hazel and green! I'm jealous!!!🥹👁️💎 Genetics is a wonder with children being brown! So young people overseas wear colored contact lenses too? I didn't know that! 👁️ When she was 5 years old, she wanted to write his own name, so I taught him how to write it, but he ignored the order of writing and just wrote the same shape as if he were drawing a picture.🤷🏻♀️ In elementary school, the first half of the first grade is mostly hiragana study, and you will be taught the correct stroke order for one character each day until you master all the hiragana, so you should be fine!✏️ If there is one thing, it would be good to practice so that they can write only their own names in hiragana! We also read a lot of short, simple picture books to them. I think they absorbed a lot of words from the picture books!📚
Love it! The tongs look like cat's paws! What's your favorite breakfast food? I love a piece of toasted bread with butter and a slice of cheese. From one dark person to another, thank you for the wonderful video!
Yes, cat paw tongs!🐈 I like mentaiko rice balls for breakfast! But when I heard cheese toast, I wanted to eat it! lol 🤤🍞🍙 Oh! Glad to have a dark companion.🤣🤝✨
ah, it was sad to see you pour the stock from the boiled beef sinew, I love to use it for rice, but the final dinner looked lovely regardless. thank you for this video
I see! I've been told that I should throw away the broth I boil in the first prep because it's excess oil and lye, but maybe I should use it as some kind of broth!💡😳
@japaneselazyhousewife it's a lot of fat in it, yes, but that makes it great for broth, or my favorite, Pilaf! I don't know about lye, though... maybe that's only for japanese meat?
@pearmage The lye is called “aku” and is the brown foamy stuff from the first boil in the video, which is supposed to have a bad smell and is not tasty, so I discard it. I think I should save the juice from the second boil and use it for soup stock, like you said! 🤔💡💡💡Thank you!✨

アメリカに住んでいるので鯨は食べられないのですが早く帰ってだべたいです。

美味しいですよね😋
@japaneselazyhousewife もう最高に美味ですね❗
Bonkers that people are like, “WHAT?! As long as it’s not HUMAN, it’s finnnnnnne!!!!!!! 😡” Whoa…. OK…. Chill, Psycho 😂 Eat whatever INSANE stuff you want I guess 🤷 “I LOVE TO EAT BABY HUMAN MEAT!!!! STOP BEING JUDGMENTAL!!!!!!!!!!!” 😬
dude you shouldn't use a child as a point of reference for animal, that's wrong. its their native culture and they are hardly the only place that eats cetaceans. to this day there is an island off denmark that depends on cetacean hunting to survive. if you think this is comparable to harming a child I wouldnt trust you around kids, because its not that big of a deal. the whole world can't eat whale but the few places that do, its fine. what makes the eskimos any more special than the danish or japanese?
@ sooooooo as long as it’s not human, it’s fine… exactly And I’m not judging them any more than anyone else eating anything But it’s cray cray to eat certain stuff (stuff I eat too… absolutely insane if you stop and think too hard about it) I was raised vegetarian but am not one today I’ve eaten sea worms for cryin out loud You took what you wanted (or maybe NEEDED) to hear from what I said Stuff I’ve eaten is bonkers insane Brains? Bugs? Raw muscles? (and I don’t mean mussels, although those too) BLOOD?? Yeah, I’ve eaten it all, and it’s absolutely wild if you sit and think about it very long….. give it a go some day
You dropped the wrapper and kept it in at 4:21 D:
Amazing! How did you figure it out!😳 I noticed it while I was eating and spit it out! 🫨🫢LOL!
U cant make a "Housewife" channel and show no housewife.....
Indeed. This could just be the food channel. 😅LOL.
Your doctor is watching you far away 😂
It would be bad if a doctor saw me eating like this. 😇I'd get a lecture. 😂LOL!
"Horse & Whale" jokes. 😂
😂
it makes sense that whales would taste more like horse than fish, since they're mammals. I'm going to have to look out for it next time I'm in Japan now. I'm glad I'm not the only one who eats the good stuff after the kids are in bed 🤣
I see! Because they are mammals, right? 💡😮💡I thought it tasted like fish because it's in the ocean. 🌊LOL You should definitely try it when you come to Japan😊 Many people get stomach problems from horse sashimi in the supermarket, 🙅🏻so I recommend buying it at a butcher shop or eating it at a restaurant (like an izakaya) that serves it.🥩 Late night alone time is the perfect chance to sneak some fine food behind the kids' backs. 😴👀 I'm glad I have company too. ☺️LOL!
Wow! What kind of whale was it? And how often do you get horse? Thank you again for another wonderful video!
Sorry, I didn't check the type of whale at all.🫢💡🐳 We only buy horse sashimi once or twice a year because we buy it when we want to splurge. 💸 100g is about 1000 yen, so when we serve it, it's gone in no time. LOL!🐎🥢🥹

I love sukiyaki!!! We don’t have fine meat like in Japan 😩.. but I still make it once in a while!!
Sometimes I cook sukiyaki-style dishes with cheap meat! 👛 Still very satisfying! 😋 And the end of the year is a precious day to have sukiyaki with luxurious meat once a year. 💸🥹👛LOL!
@ 😂 I try to find the best cheaper than Wagyu thin sliced melted too. Costco has this shabu shabu meat and it’s wonderful for home cook sukiyaki… it’s cheap as well!!
@ oh now I wished we had safe eggs too🤣🤣

I love sushi but can't find anything good where I live. What was the flavor of your drink? It looked fizzy and delicious. Thank you for another wonderful video!
Thank you☺️ The conveyor belt sushi I used to go to in Los Angeles was not good either.😅 The drink is a plum sour! It tastes like Japanese pickled plums! It's addictive!
if i ever get my health checked im so cooked i love shin ramyun
I can't stop eating Shin Ramen.🤤
housewives work just as hard as their salary husbands, it's ok to make a quick meal to replenish our energy (i eat the buldak noodles, the shin ramyun black, the buldak habanero lime one is also really good, but i also eat my own version of a mexican chili (i put alot of jalapenos in it) and i make chinese and italian food too as well as sweets (my faves are like chocolate cakes and vanilla cakes) i do enjoy a candy bar every now and then too. i do try to exercise and work out everyday if im not too tired out. i do love kimchi too, im hoping to make that homemade one of these days. i do love eating pasta (i cant stand whole wheat) and i love flour tortillas as well.
It's amazing how many different dishes you can make! 👏✨ I cannot cook pastries!
You have taught me so much! I need to get a spoon to help me eat my noodles. I was reading the captions and it said you received the results from the physical exam in the mail. And I thought that would be lazy taking your physical exam by mail and I thought how wonderful it would be to take a physical exam by mail. Then it hit me. The results were by mail and not the exam. It has been a long day. Hope you have a wonderful holiday!
Thank you! sorry, The words may have gone wrong while I was translating.😅 The physical examination was taken at a health checkup center and the results were mailed at a later date.🙏👍
i eat the same ramen hahah
😆👍👍 Spicy ramen is addictive!😆
You're showing my weakness! I've eaten too much Carbonara Buldak lately! I'm just so busy! Getting ready to host the family Christmas Party, helping my kids with all their school events, and planning my little sisters baby shower! ...We all need to take better care of ourselves! But sometimes we just need some instant noodles! 😂
The Bludak Carbonara is really good.😍 When I'm busy, I'm all about bagged noodles or cup noodles.😅
I enjoy the chit chat. You take care of yourself. It’s important.
Thank you.✨ I must moderate my junk lifestyle.😅🙇🏻
Where is the recipe?
your new imoni short just popped up so I had to come find the video for it (笑)yum! Need to see if I can find taro here in the US now. Are you from Yamagata then? I've heard the food there is amazing more than the rest of Japan.
Imoni is delicious. 😋Yamagata's taro stew is very tasty because it contains high quality meat from Yamagata Prefecture.🐂 I go to Yamagata often because my grandmother's house is there.☺️ As you said, the food is very delicious. In Yamagata, I recommend staying at an onsen ryokan. Meat, fish, and sake are delicious!🥩🍣🍶🍒etc.. There are also many ramen shops, and I think it is a great prefecture for a gourmet trip. 🍜 But can it beat Hokkaido? 🤔If you want to eat seafood, Hokkaido is the place to go.🦀🐟😆 The same food is cheaper than in Tokyo. 😬 I feel like everything is expensive in Tokyo.💸🗼
おいしい 😋😋

looks yummy!

Everything you cook looks so good. How do you slurp a noodle without making a mess? I would get broth all over my shirt. And did the pork come that way from the store or did you grind it and freeze it that way? I have never seen it like that before. I really missed your videos. I am glad you are back.
Thank you🥹❤️ Since I changed my editing software, it took me a long time to get one video out 😅I hope to get used to it soon.💻 When I don't want to get my clothes dirty when slurping ramen, I use a spoon for ramen soup called "renge" and slurp the noodles while putting the bottom of the noodle on the spoon once. (The explanation may not make sense.) ←Slurping from the lenge is better than slurping noodles directly from the soup, because the soup does not splatter. 🍜 🥄🥢 Also, when eating ramen, one should wear clothes that can get dirty or eat with kitchen paper or tissues hanging from one's clothes. 👕 Japanese people also try to eat ramen in various ways.🍜🤔 For example, women with long hair tie their hair up only when eating ramen noodles.👩🏼→👱🏻♀️🍜→👩🏼 Minced pork is sold in stores in this state (frozen minced pork). But don't they have frozen minced pork in other countries? I did not know!🐷
You slurp with your mouth open sort of like a vacuum LOL, and keep moving your chopsticks down to help the noodles up (or the spoon like JLH said). It cools the noodles and you keep the broth from flying everywhere. I can't really explain it either, it takes practice. >.<
@@japaneselazyhousewife Having a spoon would keep the splashing broth to a minimum. We have minced pork but it isn't frozen in small pellets like yours. Ours is a solid block that you have to manually breakup
@@UdatsuAdventures Can you slurp all noodles? Even curly like ramen?
I see, Japan also sells ground meat in chunks. 🐖 Or rather, what is usually sold is in chunks, while frozen pellets of meat may be sold only in a limited number of stores.💡🧐 They stick together and are hard to break up. On the other hand, when making dumpling seeds or hamburgers, the chunks are easier to use.🥟🤔
หนี่ห่าวมะ.
Chinese Music!!😫😫😫
You are not lazy by any stretch of the imagination.
Thank you😊 There are people around me who make oden from soup stock, and people who carefully prepare white sauce for gratin. Compared to them, I am a very lazy housewife.😂
Pretty and yummy!!!!!
Looks delicious.
thank you☺️✨
