Testfor @e[type=(insert mob),name=(insert name)] in a repeating and always active command block, and then put a redstone comparator in front of that and then point the next command block away from it, and put structure load (insert name).

You definitely could do that, I just used this so people can actually see what they are going to destroy or add. Makes it easier for beginners

No way to have customs commands like that in bedrock
you make sky Gen from a spawn egg like that it can summon common block with tp command in it
