in this video I will be showing you all how to make a welcome message in spawn and how to make it for new players! The new players are also able to get items if you want them to or they can just have a message pop up on their screen! It's very simple and easy to do! What kind of item exactly? I have a video on my channel how to ban specific items. You can tag players that aren’t staff and ban the items if they don’t have a staff tag.

Yeah, just make shops with whatever item and quantity you want, I have plenty videos on my channel showing how to make shops

how can I make you get welcome every time you log into the realm? even if you are not new to the server.

I’m not sure that is possible, unless you can find a way to always teleport a player when they spawn in to a specific spot

how would I get that starter kit enchanted?

You can make custom armor and enchant it but you’d have to put that kin to a structure block and tp that structure block to a player. I can make a tutorial on this too
