Woodturning- a TOTALLY IMPROVISED project with a random pattern😳

- Sometimes improvisation can be a pleasant surprise, especially when you combine, as in this woodturning project, a large spalted oak log with a small beech log, glued together with epoxy resin.
The finish is provided by carnauba wax.
This project is accessible to beginners who know how to use woodworking machines such as band saws, table saws and lathes.
It is in my carpentry workshop that I film my work in a calm and relaxing asmr-type atmosphere, to share my ideas with you.

Parfois, l'improvisation peut être une agréable surprise, surtout lorsque vous combinez, comme dans ce projet de tournage sur bois, une grosse bille de chêne spalté avec une petite bille de hêtre, collées ensemble avec de la résine époxy.
La finition est assurée par de la cire de carnauba.
Ce projet est accessible aux débutants qui savent utiliser les machines à bois telles que les scies à ruban, les scies sur table et les tours.
C'est dans mon atelier de menuiserie que je filme mon travail dans une ambiance calme et relaxante de type asmr, pour partager mes idées avec vous.

Hi Morgan the beech log pieces and the main spalted oak circle are nice the grain in the wood it is lovely, I like the blue resin. The random pattern is extremely brilliant. Morgan… great planning for a “random” effect. It almost looks like the wood is pouring down the inside of the bowl…. And spalting in the white oak really was beautiful.

I use any product I don't have atitle brand.
these are products which are used to fill microporous surfaces in order to make it waterproof and thus be able to apply a finish without it being absorbed
I think you hollowed out the wrong end. Why go to that much work creating a pattern, just to turn most of it away?
