No way anything in a thrift shop is ever fitting that man.
Fiction has a way of bending clothes to in thrift shops to his size. Though occasionly it is mentioned that what he finds is overstock from uniform companies whose clients changed cut/color/logo or just plain went out of business. Use the donation of what would otherwise be trash as a tax right-off and lo and behold clothes in Reachers size. I don't think it is ever mentioned in the books but he must also have relatively small feet for his frame as he is also always able to find shoes.
I would think a thrift shop would be the only place to find clothes his size. I imagine all the super small and the super large make their way to a thrift shop.
The guy is built like a truck and has the height to accompany it!

I mean, given the average people are far fatter then him you'd be surprised how many large/xl there are. its actually far more difficult to find medium and below sizes

Alan Ritchson’s frame and physique is the reason why he is the perfect guy to play the role of Jack Reacher.
And the TRT. What I like is he doesn't deny it, he's honest and a good guy.

When the curtain was pulled, Roscoe's feelings were as obvious as if she'd been a pointing Irish Setter.... Very nicely done - I enjoyed this thoroughly.
It's a shame that Roscoe never appears in any other Reacher book. We will never see her again in the future seasons of Reacher.
Also agood thing, means she can't get killed for association with him, just gets a normal life and hopefully rebuilding her town.
She'll reappear on the last episode of the final season when he returns back to claim her. Guaranteed!
Its a tv show, they'll no doubt add some extra twist or something that isn't in the books.

I love this show it’s so weird to say alan looks small in this but that’s also cause he’s even bigger now
I prefer his look in season 1. There’s no need for him to look bigger than that, and as it was it looked on the edge of realistic. Like a 6’3 marine with great genetics could potentially look like that. In season 2 he just looks like a Hollywood actor/bodybuilder

The best action show in years.
As a man who is 6'10" and 285 lbs let me say I have it hard to believe Reacher can find clothes that fit anywhere... especially a clothes drop of box. 2XLT and 38X40 is NOT easy to find.

No partition in her car but there are bars on the rear windows. Radio and lights but not a work laptop mounted over the passenger seat. Missing center console mounted service rifle, too. It's either a command staff cruiser or the department doesn't care about the officers' well being.
I've been in _quite a few_ police cars on occasion for almost 30 years... only getting rides home, seriously... and just look around a bit. The only thing which really differs is how plushy the rear seats have become. Criminals used to get thrown into the back seats of squad cars which had been gutted then fitted with those cheap plastic "seat" shell things which may not have always had belts in them. It wouldn't matter since it's a wee bit hard to buckle up when one's hands are cuffed behind the back.
Earliest ride was when I was 5 years old. Winter of 1994. Abandoned in a local park in the dead of night. That was some trauma and why I loathe people who consume alcohol.
It's crazy to see how Reacher looked massive here, initially, until you see him in season 2.

I think some form of supplements will be needed. Not necessary drugs or steroids mind you. But rather strict diet, hard training, and nutrient supplements.
From my experience watching a lot of specialists talk, to get a physique like that with that low body fat, he would need to use steroids.
That is the easy way to do it yes. Unless you are blessed with extremely good genetics. And the older you get the harder it becomes. Do note however that lots of actors use other chemicals and suppliments besides steroids. Testosterone boosters for easier muscle growth and sustain for instance.@@Marcus-qh3qy

I'm pretty similar to Reacher's physical description from the books, so the one minor plot hole about the stories that irks me a bit is how he's seemingly able to magically find clothes in his size at secondhand stores.
Being as I'm pretty close to Reacher size, in my hundreds of visits to thrift stores throughout my entire life, I have found things that fit me maybe two or three times out of those hundreds of visits because there's just not that many people who are both tall and have shoulders so wide some doors barely fit them.
I kind of wish I had that magical power to save myself money, but if I try to buy secondhand it inevitably winds up having to be off of eBay or another website that sells secondhand products.
