That little downside doesn’t overpower the better facial harmony and face profile. I’m loving it atm, I get a slightly longer philtrum but I look way more handsome than before, the philtrum adds maturity to my face.

Someone plz reply I am going to get braces because of my overjet. i don't have that much crowding and from what i have measured i think have about 5mm to 7mm overjet. Is an extraction necessary in my case.Will an extraction on the top row teeth be a crucial flaw in the appearance.

There are ways of aligning teeth and still getting a good profile. Best discuss with ur doctor

With that amount of overjet its quite normal to get an extraction in the upper but recommended no extraction in the lower
i think mine will not going last up to 3 years processing,,because my teeth are receding 1 to 2 milimeter in a month ,,,, am i probably right?
