    2 TBS fenugreek seeds
cover with water and soak in water overnight to rehydrate
use as hair spray or make paste: pour into blender and blend 1 min; add carrier or olive oil and a bit of water
    strain/squeeze in pantyhose
store in fridge up to 1 week or freeze in ice cube tray

such a good pack. Done this for 45 years once a week(using a special grinder for fine paste and make ice cubes. Love your double straining). but now I buy fenugreek fine powder from Indian grocery stores (relatively cheap) . Please try oiling your hair for an hour and applying hair dryer with heat ever 15 minutes to open pores. THen apply this pack. i feel like i get a new life each time.

    How to apply ??

    •  ปีที่แล้ว +1

You can apply it as a pre-poo (by using it directly on your hair or adding oils yo it) or you can use it as a deep conditioner (you can use it by it self or add conditioner to it). Leave it in your hair for at least 20min with heat or 40 minutes without heat.

You can use a cheese cloth or panty hose but, cheese cloth is more sturdy to me.
