Well hello fellow free human, or free human to be! Thrilled to have you here yet again for another episode from the 'Free Human' series.
Today we’ve got a super special episode. I am beyond thrilled to bring you an episode with my sister Stef Wild. I adore this woman. She has been a guiding light for me my whole life and throughout this video you'll see so much love, lightness, realness, and wisdom pouring out of her.

She shares her struggles of living the ‘conventional’ life that felt like a prison to her and the darkness that came with this period, before inevitably being forced into a corner and needing to choose a different part.
We talk about how to get out of a life that isn't aligned and how to heal from pain.
This episode is really dear to my heart, not only because it's my sister, but it feels like finally I'm starting to understand what the Free Human series wants to be. I feel I'm refining my questions better, I feel like the answers are aligned with what I think being free really truly means. This whole episode just feels very aligned. I wonder if you notice that too.
Hopefully Stef's story inspires you and gives you some comfort in trusting that your wild, irrational idea might actually work, and perhaps it really is a risk worth taking.

I’ve found myself in a similar position, just separated from my husband, I have no idea what direction my life is going to go in but I have chosen myself and to trust my intuition and find what lights up my soul. She’s inspired my massively! Love the love between you two aswell 🥰

So wild on the DMT experience. I had a similar experience with a normal recreational dose of THC (10mg) in summer 2022 -- I became hyper-aware of death and continued to focus on it every single day. Maybe only a couple of months ago did it subside but it still is a frequent narrative in my mental space. I was using THC to help with stress but that backfired lol. I truly cannot use it anymore, otherwise, my body goes into legitimate shivers from anxiety about mortality -- it's so so so so strange. It was definitely a burden for a year which seemed SO much longer but I am starting to transform the narrative into a gift. *Hugs* to you, Sorelle - I hope for the best on your road ahead from that experience.

Hey Sorelle! Thank you for your videos they are always very inspiring. I love your vibe too, you always emit such a energetic but calm and down to earth vibe that I really resonate with. You are an inspiration to us all and I applaud you for getting out of the rat race with a great amount of time still ahead of you. Now it makes me think and has made me thinking for a very long time and the path I chose is saving (over 1K a month) and gaining extra revenue through online investments. You know I am a introverted guy (or ambivert) working in sales which makes me love being on my own but can be outgoing for long stretches of time too when I need to. The end goal is peace though. Having a space of my own with a beautiful girl living life in harmony with the plants and animals and going on travels from time to time too! I have done my fair share of travelling in my time, been to the west coast a couple times and asia a few times and these days I find it closer to home. I like to ride motorcycle and find great beautiful areas in Germany, Luxemburg or France that are not so far away from my home town. I hope, in ten years to be where you are right now. Connecting to people as a introvert (or ambivert) and just keep learning and getting smarter every day. You and me are kinda alike in way I think~! (oohh and both our eyes are green too!)

I really love and appreciate this content, for sure I am taking a lot of this interview in to my life. And I get it that some people got bad experience with DMT and Ayahuasca, but I don't see a reason to mocking about it, so disrespectful. Life is like this, trying things, see what works for you and what don't.
