I think you’ll be surprised if you check at all the movies she not just appeared in but was a leader character. That’s talent. She’s a True Character Actor. Some Actors appear in several movies yet they play the same person but not Keri Russell. She becomes the character, leaving herself to the side. Talent.
One of her best performances ever was in the beautiful movie, The Magic of Ordinary Days. She’s absolutely wonderful. Her portrayal of Livy is so natural & effortlessly delivered. It’s a perfect story which, with a wonderful supporting cast, turns this lovely story into a True Classic which every true movie buff must view and add to their personal collection. A must see. 🦋

Loved her in it and when I heard there was a tv show being created about Russian spies acting like Americans (and she was the lead) I was in. The Americans was such a fantastic show and never got the recognition it deserved, although it has never seemed to bother her or Matthew much.
Keri Russell is one of those women that hit insane hotness in their 40s. I loved the Americans, love The Diplomat, etc. We need to see so much more of her!!

Keri Russell is one of the very best Actors of the generation yet she’s been cruelly snubbed and ignored for awards & recognition which she definitely has deserved. This is just one of the reasons I care so little for or respect the Academy Awards, Oscars and the like. They’ve become like most things in Hollywood, popularity awards for those who go along. She’s far and above the better Actor than the recipients of the last 20 plus years. They’ve done the same to other Actors as well who don’t choose to be a part of their club of single, empty thought. She’s better than that.
