    Thank you Kiki, Ive finally started this journey thanks to you. Ive had Dr Mcdougalls books for several years and said Im gonna do this, but kept putting it off.. your videos helped me get on it because you keep it simple and made more sense of this way of eating. You are such an inspiration to us all! I am already down about 5 pounds in two weeks! Again thank you for all your helpful videos..

    I made your one cup oats waffle recipe from your Lean cookbook!! I’m in love!! I also microwaved a half cup of frozen blackberries as a topping and treated myself to a bit of maple syrup!! Pure joy!!!! Thank you!!!

    Hi KiKi, I just came across your video and I must say and I am also a low key no fuss cook. Simple is better and I am so glad I came across your channel.. Thank you so much much for your videos and please keep them coming. I too follow Dr McDougal and lost a ton of weight. I kinda fell off the band wagon and watching you has encouraged me to get back on, especially listening to my body talk to me. There is definitely a difference in eating wfpb and you feel so much better. Please keep the videos coming, we enjoy you so much. Love the waffle ones and I will start there first!

    I just ordered a waffle iron by my old one got tossed some time ago. Can’t wait to try these.
    Meanwhile, and understanding limited expectations (I wish I would have done that before my children grew up)...check out Chef AJ guest Chef Ramses Bravo who shows how to make French toast with oatmeal...you should check it out by it could give you longer ‘fuss free’ breakfast. I’m going to make them too, I usually go for Savory oatmeal but I could just have my 1/2 plate greens 😁. Chef AJ also has a great blueberry float grout recipe that my husband will love...he’s got the SWEET tooth.

    FYI…just tried making your vanilla waffles from your plantifully lean cookbook and it turned into a gluey mess. I think there are typos bc there is no liquid in the recipe. I can here to try and remedy it and added water but no luck. Wasted time and money throwing everything out. Any other typos in this cookbook?

    HEALTHY oils are so important for you and your kids brain! You’re not updated in nutrition at all you still think oils is bad and make you fat, good luck(funny you actually look very oily on you skin) but that’s not oils food fault just so you know

    • @marquitamurphy1635
      @marquitamurphy1635 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Emma there is a good reason why some people leave out some of the good oils such as myself. I have high cholesterol especially my LDL and high triglycerides. Since I’ve left these GOOD oils out my cholesterol have dropped tremendously, but it not to say I won’t ever use them sparingly. Until I get my cholesterol at an healthy level I don’t think I should use them. By the way, most vegan look very dull so I’m sure she puts some kind of moisturizer on. IJS
