    The best recipe for vegan Buffalo sauce is equal parts:
    - hemp seeds
    - vegetable broth
    - Frank’s red hot sauce.
    That’s it. Throw 2TBSP of each in a high speed blender and you’ll have a creamy Buffalo sauce without all the unhealthy ingredients!

    Your ranch is AMAZING! I used dried green onion in place of parsley and OMG! Life-changing! Just like the flavored balsamic vinegar you recommended. Fat no longer finds a place on my plate and it has fallen off my body. Finally! (I can't do brown rice either..just throwin' that out there). Thank you for what you're doing. You're really saving lives here.

I really don’t know how in the world I wasn’t after watching countless videos of yours! 😀 I just want to thank you! 🙏🏽 You have truly made this journey more enjoyable & attainable. I started out just trying to go Vegan but was failing, lost, had no idea what I was doing and was actually gaining weight. Your channel, learning about the Starch solution & the 50/50 plate has made going plant-based much easier! All that in combination with your wonderful recipes & sauces, has made this so much better! I feel good & have lost some body fat. Still more to go but I am not focused on a number, just want to feel & look my best and keep my body as healthy as possible! None of us are getting any younger! 😂

    I made the buffalo chickpea salad it's now my favorite. I use to like to eat shredded Buffalo chicken wraps and dip and this is better without the bad stuff. I made it for dinner and then ate another salad for breakfast the next day!!! Love your ideas keep them coning.

    Great ideas and thanks Kiki! You could try adding plant milk to plain Franks hot sauce or Louisiana hot sauce to make your own wing sauce. Also a milk that gives a lot of thickness is Suzie's oat milk in cartons from Costco. Just oats and water but very creamy thick.

      For wing sauce I mix my regular Franks with Unsweetened Forager Cashew Yogurt and sometimes a little yellow mustard because I'm cheeky like that.

    I just made the SW Ranch Dressing and it was SOOO GOOD! Loved the pop the lime zest gave. I also swapped out 1 tsp of the chili powder with chipotle powder. Highly recommend. Thank you for the amazing recipes ❣

    Great video and the bowls look super delicious. I've been following SS for a month and weight isn't moving much but I'm 48 with a partial hysterectomy. I also yo yo dieted for years so this is going to take a minute lol

      Tish I’m in the same boat as you. However, I’ve managed to lose 97.5 pounds over the last 2 years eating this way! I started at 49 so it can be done. Good luck!

    OMG,Kiki~~youve inspired me to lightly steam my Swiss Chard (instead of drenching it in ghee,olive oul or butter to stir fry!). And to use fat~free dijon mustard (as opposed to the fat~laden mayonnaise) as a base for the sauce. It’s working! Thank you!😇

    Trying the Buffalo chickpea out today. I agree, hard to find a wing sauce so what I did was I just used the Frank’s red hot but not the wing sauce (the original) and it has no added oils !!

    When I want to thicken stuff up, I put a pinch of unmodified potato starch, or arrowroot, or gluten-free guar gum. Just a pinch is all it takes.
