WoW! Thank you Tara! A am your big fan (from Poland). Just found your YT channel in November 2020 and now I am addicted ;-) Watching episodes carefully and taking notes - feels like being partially supervised by you. I was intrigued by the title of this vlog but what you explained here was life changing for me ( I am also PHD student struggling with dyslexia)! Awesome!

Outstanding way to combat Dyslexia, I once trained a Dyslexic Soldier and had to rely on another senior Military Instructor who also had Dyslexia who used coloured glasses and paper. He ended up graduating, but I wonder how much better he could have performed with such a simple innovation such as recordings and audio books instead of force feeding him Technical Trade Textbooks. Love your work Tarz!

These are fantastic tips, and I can testify to their utility having followed such advice throughout my academic life. Dictaphoning at 3am about Kant...what can I say: it works. Love your videos, Tara!

I really like the idea of uploading presentations so that they live beyond live delivery. It's really a good idea!!

I have a substantial preference for aural learning, so these ideas are very helpful and inspiring.

Thanks Tara. I actually understood this and, I am a complete technophobe, no more as a result! Great ideas and will definitely get my smart phone up to helping me this year. I suppose you have links to all your podcasts on you tube?-have already got your You tube vlogs bookmarked and scan the mail regularly for incoming. Thanks, Cathy J

Cathy - that is great. Sound - sonic media - is a great place to start. You will be terrific at it. I do keep the podcasts on a separate channel - there are hundreds of them!!! Two ways to find them - tarabrabazon.libsyn.com/ and itunes.apple.com/au/podcast/tarabrabazons-podcast/id356028420?mt=2 Make sure you send the link to your sonic files - love to hear them! Txxx

Hello, I really got lots of help from this channel as a PhD student in the US. Thank you for your all help so far. I was wondering that do you have any Vlog that explains how can I report the changes in the dissertation. I usually got all my adviser's hand-writing comments, and I have hard time to figure out what way would be easy for adviser who can see the changes that I made. I tried to change the sentences color or used tracking the changes.. but do you have any good idea as an adviser for many students?
