Awesome tutorial thank you. Is binance also a centralized platform?

Thank you for the awesome presentation and information. I wanted to how and or what software did you use to animate and or to record your user interface movements as you hovered over each thumbnail and pop up effect? I would greatly appreciate it as I would love be able to add this effect to my future profile work 😎

Appreciate the feedback! The on-screen software you see is Figma.com - you can create an account for free. Very handy for digital whiteboarding.
I’m capturing my screen and audio with OBS (another free software).
Finally, I’m filming myself with a webcam, and editing the screen recording plus webcam footage in Apple Final Cut Pro.
      Hope that helps

Thanks for the wonderful series! What widget( or did you prototype?) on Figma did you use while showcasing coin base flow where you have pop up and also the animations show over hover. Loved it and haven’t seen it before.

Hey appreciate your comment - yeah it was Figma prototyping. I took a screen recording, converted it to GIF, and imported GIF into Figma. Then I took a screenshot from each GIF, and set hover to display the GIF. Haha sounds confusing when I describe it.
Do you have a need for this type of visualization?

      Efforts 😍 love it.
There’s no need ofcos, but I’m prolly gonna steal this way of presenting! Looks dope & effortless!

Thankyou soo much for an awesome tutorial!! I wanted to know why does it take time to get your account verified on platforms other than coinbase, is it a backend developer problem or a problem of UX?

Not sure. It seems that Coinbase automates KYC verification well, because I got verified almost immediately.
It sounds crazy, but maybe Gemini has a manual KYC verification process haha.
To give them credit, these exchanges operate under regulatory uncertainty and scrutiny. Policies that exchanges must abide by have changed over the years, and will likely change more in the future.
Whatever the case, non-immediate verification is bad UX.
