  • This video compares the level of industrial development of the top 30 countries / economies (and the European Union) on a dynamic graph. Dates range from 1989 to 2018. Please subscribe to our channel: / @rankingslab8548
The data is presented in billions current US$. TOP 3 yearly positive changes are presented in the bottom line.
Industry corresponds to ISIC divisions 10-45 and includes manufacturing (ISIC divisions 15-37). It comprises value added in mining, manufacturing (also reported as a separate subgroup), construction, electricity, water, and gas. Value added is the net output of a sector after adding up all outputs and subtracting intermediate inputs. It seems a common theme. When China comes into the picture, it rises meteorically.

@John Edward Gallagher Wrong. China ended thousands of years of feudalism. CPC is not there because of the "Mandate of Heaven", but because of the support of the people.“If you don't do well, please go away, let more capable people do it”. Anti China troll is always slandering CPC,some people who have never been to China claim that they know China better than the Chinese and foreigners living in China, but we think CPC did a good job. The rise of China is proof.

@John Edward Gallagher LOL. We know the west, but the West doesn't know us. We have understood the ideology of the West. The West really likes to create contradictions, make mischief between them under the cover of ideology and history-made problems.
In US, the capitalists ( that bunch in Wall St) controls the economy and the politicians. They were just arguing for their own good, People at the bottom are exploited by them. The number of proletarian people at the bottom of the pyramid is ten million times that of them. They appease and deceive the poor people with lies. Constantly weakening their sense of wanting to cross-class. Without communism, capitalism would not have speeded up the welfare system, people at the bottom need to work at least 18 hours a day. They're just decorating another lie with a lie. Democracy and freedom are just rhetoric.
Individualism is fragile in the face of disaster. You will never understand the reasons for China's rise.

John Edward Gallagher hello, Manchurian here.. I being honest I don’t know about the Manchu style but everything was Japanese, Manchuria enjoyed prosperity for sure, it was because Japan thought they had the place forever and invested even more than that in their own country. Manchuria would collapse anyway just as Japan weakened. And even if China mainland is still governed by the nationalists I still think it is still an authoritarian state. UK and US had hundreds of years of democratic development and got here, the English norm of democracy should be a principle not a standard. The other China, Taiwan, it is not like they are terrified by the CCP regime, it’s just so many years of separation the generations are growing apart. I’d tell you even if China is a democratic country now those Taiwanese would still act “terrified”, it’s just because they will see it as a threat to their newly founded identity. I know the media were all like chanting Taiwan rejects China by the results of the recent Taiwanese election, it is a factor but really most Taiwanese they just care about their own livings they know about the corruptions in elections, they can see those with their eyes, it is still a rushed democracy after all. The real reason why the anti China candidate won the election is that her opponent is a huge asshole, you can imagine Trump at the very beginning of his campaign, with worse manners, that’s him. At least Trump is a doer, he is just a bullshiter. And HongKong would have be gone in 1998 already, Soros attacked HK that year but they asked help from China and Soros thought he could destroy HK and make tons of money from it, he lost it. He came back again in recent years, and he tried to destroy HK stock market again last year but lost billions again once more, he already said it in front of cameras already that his interest in defeating China is bigger than the US interest itself. He hates China. God knows how many attempts he had made to destroy the regime. I can’t say HK won’t be gone under this regime’s control but for sure it would get destroyed really fast by Soros. And really I feel I don’t know about anything, for sure every country has their rise and falls, but China is an aristocratic state, and because of the culture, the elites are.. on another level, even the middle class they are so competitive and have so much courage. So even it falls, the East Asians are not other people, they are intelligent and diligent, maybe it’s another Han or Tang, it won’t become a fail state like never.

John Edward Gallagher about the individualism, that’s really like a conundrum to me. I don’t know what that means, if it’s about individual opinions, even in China people do have their own opinions. But the thing is how individual can it be.. In China there’s a sentence on social media that appears really often “the innate character of human nature is a repeater”. You sound really familiar to me btw haha, because I have an American friend that listens to J.Peterson says almost the same thing haha. People are always ending up at similar places I suppose. If it’s about the freedom to choose the rhetoric to repeat, China blocked all the rhetorics that they think that are harmful, and people choose from the choices they gave to people.. emm but from people’s side.. if other rhetorics don’t exist then they are very free haha😆 it’s like I’m bullshiting I am joking, but seriously most people really get satisfied when there is a rhetoric they can repeat on, most importantly they live a sufficient life, then other rhetorics don’t matter anymore. Like you can’t talk about the Jews haha that is a terrible joke, I must stop wandering the topics. Don’t get me wrong I don’t like the regime either, but the Chinese political system is the most complex one in this world, no one knows how it functions and there are so many cliques within the Party. It’s more vibrant than it seems. The Committee, imagine how many struggles they have been through and they still survived, those are the elites of the elites. I really don’t know about anything, and I’m typing when I’m on a bus so it’s not systematic and more like here and there, apologies. But yeah, China may fall but it will never fail.

That said, I wouldn't be surprised if India has "revolutions" in power (thorium reactors), agriculture, research and industry. India has a better chance of becoming the next world superpower than China does, at least as long as the CCP holds power ...

The first U.S. Treasury Secretary submitted an industrial development report to Congress in 1791: 1. Establish a strong federal government (centralization, unified mobilization of national resources). 2. Establish a central bank to raise funds for economic development. 3. Eliminate domestic tariffs and establish a unified market at the same time. Establish customs and increase tariffs on British industrial products to protect weak domestic industries from being impacted. 4. The government subsidizes education for all to cultivate a knowledgeable population for industrialization.
Hamilton's ideas deeply influenced the German economist Friedrich List, and it was carried forward after the founding of Germany in 1871, which made Germany rapidly develop and become an advanced country. After that, Germany influenced the Soviet Union, the Soviet Union influenced Japan, South Korea, and finally, the development of all the preceding countries influenced China.
In particular, I would like to emphasize the first 30 years of reform and opening up in New China from 1949 to 1979, the era of Mao Zedong's leadership, Chinese society was deeply ploughed, centralized power, internal unified market, education for all, a large number of water conservancy facilities, a backward but barely enough The industrial system used in China is very backward and life is very hard, but the inequality between the rich and the poor caused by radical industrialization has been avoided, and the country has not collapsed. These are the foundations of China's reform and opening up in 1979. If we compare it with neighboring India, the conditions of India's independence in 1947 were much better than when China was founded in 1949, and it was widely accepted by the international community.

I have no doubt india will surpass germany but not by 2022 that is insane germany has the largest tech know how capacity in the world. Example germans invent a jet nasa takes it for free almost makes the tech standart and than jets like saab grippen, eurofighter, dassult rafaele which india just ordered 36 for a price 100000 higher than nasa payed the germans for the tech and also israel got the 5 billion $ worth tech from us for free and claimed it was israeli designed iai lavi and sold it to china illegally for 2.8 billion$ and now that is chinas j10 the most succesful chinese jet fighter ever supposedly developed by china this jet was powered by russian rd engines at first but now china is makeing its own engines which are also based on a separate 2 billion+ $ deal china got from israel.. india will grow modi is nowhere near good enough corruption needs to go down by 25-30% by 2023 and it wont it will take until 2028-2030. Look at all indian military projects like hal tejas 1 and 2 the helicopters they are all sabotaged so corrupt people get payed they should all be in service by now the only weapons india makes that are service resdy r lisence built 1s. I dont mean to insult u but its the truth. India will grow it will be 1 of top worlds largest economys but make 2022 2038-2042

I have a lot of military and real world economy knowledge india has a lot of work ahead but the good news is it will succed. 1 example of super corruption in india the insas rifle it is the worst rifle in the world it got 1000s killed and wounded in kashmir so india bought used ak47s from an eastern european country. But the past is a catastrophy on every level for india the present a crazy transition the future chinas plan of dominating the western pacific and indian ocean and than the whole world i ll tell u this the indians will be the masters of the indian ocean. If u look at indian armed forces the navy is the top 1 very capable and growing
