I saw some negative comments about Pete. He presented himself well and certainly said things that were helpful and needed to be said. He seems like a good person. This channel seems to be about counseling people through difficult times...... I think he is good for the channel. It helps to hear people talk about real things that you can relate to, while still offering concrete steps in a positive direction. I think good nutrition and limiting exposure to most TV stuff is good advice . Just trying to say Pete's talk was helpful.

It was perfect. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences. For some of us recovering means it's OK to see the world as it is and still try. The divorce, in my case, was devastating enough. The trauma of being persecuted by people who are participating in the madness and seeing them wield their power to destroy with gladness creates unwellness. I love you for reaching out to your fellow man.

Yes diet is important. It can help many issues, and is an introduction into a healthy lifestyle. I would say light is even more important. Native, and Non native (fluros, RF, Magnetic/Electrical). Check out Jack Kruse's work. And working on your inner light too through doing things that you love and excite you. :)

    Hi Mark,
I deleted a few comments, to try and compress them into one instead.
It was a very interesting discussion, I know nothing about Pete prior to this.
The conversation didn't really seem to be about adversity in my opinion ? But more about Petes business and his life and kids etc.
it doesn't feel like he is risking anything much or facing adversity. And that's great, just trying to understand the angle of the discussion.
Pete seemed to suggest that covid was intentional ? Did I get this right ?

Very well pointed out. Thats because Pete Evans is a disingenuous charlatan who fails to take responsibility for his actions and then cries poor. A malevolent narcissist who has created a social media following that is an echo chamber of his own beliefs, with any factual evidence refuting his pseudoscience promptly deleted from his page.

I really don't know enough to comment on that side of the person.
The guy, Mark, is a very genuine sort, putting out very wholesome practical advise to people.
I would be interested in his thoughts on the matter. .

Hi Sow. He’s just a guy with a perspective. He loves to help others through food, health and asks big questions that many other ask which causes people to think for themselves. Watch the video again as there’s much on it. Mark. Ps Never worry about people who name call others and who themselves don’t even have the courage to identify themselves by name but by code only.

@@markwaite7805 Hi Mark, unfortunately that's not quite right. Pete will only attempt to 'help' those who subscribe to his thinking (which is not evidence based) and silence any form of counterargument from medical professionals so he can maintain a profitable following that purchase his supplements, cookbooks and biochargers. Yet he will be in up in arms when he is 'censored', even though he spends plenty of time each day curating feedback on his profiles deleting comments that highlight his factual inaccuracies. The extent of his medical knowledge is confined to a short course from integrative nutrition, yet he masquerades as an authority on all matters health and I'd be surprised if he could get through an abstract of a study on Pubmed. Meanwhile he will criticise and shame those who have chronic illness even though he has no knowledge of the social determinants of health, as if its their fault for not eating paleo. Critical thinking is what he espouses, yet is unable to actually perform. This is not name calling, this is an honest appraisal of his conduct in 2020. He has hurtled himself down the Qanon rabbit hole, which is known to cause real world harm and has actively mocked doctors, nurses, governments and those who have suffered from COVID. For those who are medically trained, it is simple to see through this mans charade, and hard not to be concerned about the impact this has on 1.5 million facebook followers.
Your'e entitled to your opinion, and I don't accuse you of having negative intentions, but know that Pete Evan's ramblings are not based in fact, nor is he an authority on anything other than cooking. And in case you are wondering my name is Paul de Koeyer and I'd be happy to engage in further discussion if you would like to.

Hey Paul. Thanks for your perspective. Not sure what you and the msm are up in arms about. All he promotes is real clean food, you know lean protein and organic veg. It’s not rocket science. I know countless people who weaned themselves off pills and began eating clean and completely turn their health around. It’s all choice mate. Do what works for you I say and the thousands of health testimonies, mine included, who have adopted this time tested passion for real food seems to work despite relentless attempts by those who have a financial interest in the sickness business to discredit this simple fact.
