Yeah, I never got around to re-watching it, but what I remember of it was weird... I dunno if you ever read this book series, but I always get a "Cirque du Freak" vibe when I think back on "We're Back!"
I was out and about today and I found a large clearing in the woods somewhere and my mind instantly told me "This looks like Carnivores 2" and after that it was all I could think of and now I see that there is still someone who is actively uploading content about the game!
As you can probably tell, this is an older video I had completed from way back in the summer before the computer crash. I had it mostly completed but forgot about it, so I decided to re-edit it and give it some new bells and whistles. This is also the last video I’ll be doing on Carnivores Reloaded until a certain announcement is made, so I hope you guys enjoy!
Also, I know videos have been scarce, but I’m still working hard on some new ones that should be going up over the next few weeks, so stay tuned!

I love the amount of character in this video, especially with how witty your response to spotting the T.Rex was. I always have bad wind and Dino-Spawns on hunts, and when I use the Rex call, all of them come running like sports jocks during football.
Thanks mate, glad you enjoyed! Yeah, I cannot believe how lucky I was with the dino spawns on this one. I thought for sure I was gonna get 3 or 4 T-Rexes.
How high was your Dino density? It seemed about midway.
I honestly can't remember. I usually max out density and view range but leave the other two as-is.
Fun fact about the land before time: the voice actor of Littlefoot is that bratty kid from Robocop 2. I know I was pretty shocked when I found that out lol

I have challenge called the indiscriminate hunter challenge. basically, you have to bag one of every species of dinosaur in whatever game/mod you're playing. you have to use the pistol, shotgun, and rifle ( no sniping. too easy ). You also have to hunt all the creatures at once. ambient creatures too. no double ammo or radar.

Mission Info: Anyways seems the eggheads wants some living specimens from the some of the hunting sectors to see how the ecosystem has adjusted during the Arctic Shift but this mission requires you to enter some dangerous territory. We need you to head to Archaic Labyrinth to collect 2 of the following specimens for study. Here is the list
2 Allosaurus
2 Parasaurolophus
2 Stegosaurus
2 Velociraptor
You have been cleared to use anything in your arsenal to ease the burden as I figured your the one whos going to be freezing your tail out in the arctic windchill. Also make sure you are using tranquilizers as dead bodies cannot tell us anything we will make sure the tranqs will be heavy enough to keep these animals docile for the time we need to examine them. Also make sure you come back alive. If your under direct threat by a charging carnivore or accidentally stumble on those paranoid Chasmosaurus herd thats currently there you have been authorized to pacify the animals. Especially if you see a T-Rex. We are counting on you Agent Target.
(Sorry for wall of text and hammy dialogue xD old habits die hard but to sum up the challenge)
(Allosaurus, Parasaur, Stegos, and Velociraptors are the main targets but Chasmosaurus is also highlighted but you must avoid them xD also you can use double ammo if you need to and you can use radar so you don't go nuts. If you cannot complete it then its ok xD. Good luck Saurian Target)

If you have an iPad and carnivores on it then you should do a Jurassic world fallen kingdom challenge:
-hunt down ankylosaurus, stegosaurus, allosaurus, velociraptor, carnotaurus, T. rex, gallimimus and pteranodon
-hunt in delpheaus hills
-you can use camouflage, cover scent, radar and tranquilliser since the people didn’t kill the dinosaurs
I have a challenge. Called the giga extinctio challenge.you have to simulate the near extinction of the gigas
Here's the thing. You gonna hunt on opendougu village,with the heavy machine gun and shot gun. You can bring the x-rifle,but only use it in *DIRE SITUATIONS*
other wise you're gonna start over.

Saurian target adult tyrannosaurus Rex in carnivores can get up to 68 feet long which is how big the biggest trex I have killed is. ☺ I hope you are having a good day now.

The carnivores games today, imo, do not stack up to both Carnivores 1 and 2 from the yesteryears.
I have a video called “How to Download Carnivores Games/Mods,” and in the description of that video are download links to the original games. As for mods, most can be found on ModDB and do not require the originals to play

Hey Saurian the sound of my character's footsteps bug out when I'm using the Direct3D graphics driver and I was wondering if you knew how to fix that? I've also set the audio driver to Direct Sound 3D but with no success.
Do you mean how the footsteps kind of overlap with a weird echo? I'm afraid that's just a part of how some mods run, and there's no real fix for it, at least, as far as I know. Impacts me in a lot of my mods as well.

Is it possible for none of a certain kind of huntable kind of dinosaur to not spawn if the density is set low enough, or are the chances distributed so that each appears? I think you've seen enough to tell which is the case, as this hunt challenge could be impossible on some tries if spawns are not distributed by species.
I've never actually tested this, but I think even the lowest density would allow a few-or-so of the selected animals(s) to be hunted.

Well, I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure that if you set the density low enough, it is possible for certain dinosaurs to not spawn. Unless you have them selected, of course. If you select a dinosaur, it *will* spawn, I think if the density is low enough you may only get one of each depending on how high the setting is. I always play on max density, so I *really* lucked out with this one.
Saurian Target I remember one time in Reloaded I selected only the T. rex and they ended up being everywhere. Not exactly hard data, but I think I will try to collect more.
Can you take on a challenge in Triassic Saurian? I'd love to see you hunt a Gorgonops! Those guys are mean! 😁
I think someone has suggested a challenge involving a Gorgonops, so that'll definitely be happening at some point!

Why don't you do the hunter primal challenge with higher aggression on triceratops T Rex velociraptor instead of the utahraptor and pteranodon in case of quetsa and only have the pump-action shotgun and the sniper and do it at night
Hey Saurian Target, I suggest you do the Jurassic World challenge in Jurassic Park Hunter. The dinosaurs you must hunt are Parasaurolophus, Stegosaurus, Triceratops, Tyrannosaurus Rex, and the Ultimasaurus in place of the Indominus Rex. The weapons you must use are Sniper Rifle, and the Shotgun. The only equipment you must use is double ammo and you must hunt on the last map of the game with limited visibility and high density and aggresivity.

Really should have saved your sniper rifle bullets for the T-Rex, it’s usually pretty hard to shoot one.

I don't if it would be a challenge for you (it was for me). The challenge it's kill all 3 Tyrannosaurus in the Great Lake with the sniper rifle and without any gadgets in the good-old original Carnivores. Also with the aggressive and sensibility at high.
Obviously, only if you're still interested in keep doing challenge videos hahaha
Saurian here’s a brutal challenge are you up for it? Well here it is kill 3 of every dinosaur in cityscape with the Dreaded pistol! I should be hard it probably take 10,00 shots to kill a giga!hope to see another upload saurian keep up the good work.
It actually takes 80+ shots to kill a full-health Giganotosaurus, with the Cityscape Pistol. Surprisingly, you're challenge sounds very easy. All you'd have to do is find a spot to stand on, and kill 3 of all the Dinosaurs. "Aromatherapy" is a great mission to practice this challenge, since the A.I. is usually not smart to navigate it, and get to the player.
I might just find a rather straightforward mission and run through it pistol-only. The longest Cityscape missions usually take me (at max) 10 minutes anyway.
I'd recommend something along the lines of "The Truck". It's short, there's plenty of rocks to safely stand on, and the only real threat is a pack of 10+ Celeophysis, plus the "boss fight" with the Nano.
That'd be a good one. Maybe even just start from the beginning and see how far I can make it pistols-only before I die?
I think you'd be able to accomplish it. I would try it myself, but the Pistol is such an ineffective weapon, that I just reserve for lonely Celeophysis, and to finish off weakened Dinosaurs. It could also be used to annoy people in competitive multiplayer.

To tell you the truth about "The Land Before Time," I seem to have grown tired of the parts, where Littlefoot and his friends are singing. It's not that they're "bad" at it, I just seem to have "grown up" from those parts of the movie. Still, I do enjoy the movie, and I find it to be impressively dark, and sad, for a family/kids movie.
They only started the musical aspect in the sequels, right? I don't remember any singing in the original (unless I just missed it haha). But I agree, I was never fond of the singing in any of them. Except for the "Eggs" song, I still love that song.
It's been awhile since I've seen the first one, so I'll have to do a quick Google search. I'm pretty sure most (if not all) of the sequels use singing scenes. Thanks to Wikipedia, I can confirm that there's one sung song in the first movie, with the other six songs being done normally.

OH YEAH, I totally remember that now. At least that was more of a montage voiceover, that's better than the dinosaurs actually singing the songs in my opinion. xD

Well, I don't play too many other games. I like to play CoD Zombies with my friends, but I probably played Pokemon the most of any other game.
