- Landon Clifford, a TH-cam personality with the Cam & Fam channel, has died. His wife, Camryn Clifford, made the sad announcement on Instagram. “After spending the following 6 days in a coma he passed on and donated several organs to people in need all over the country. He died saving the lives of others,” she wrote in part. Landon and Camryn used their channel to document their lives as teen parents. They had two daughters; their youngest was born in May of 2020. #InsideEdition
He looks like the type of person where he will be everyone's friend.

It's sad he died of Covid. This is why we need more lockdowns. There needs to be a rule where you're not allowed to look out the window. That's why in the UK you get £10k/$14k fines for gatherings larger then 8. It makes me angry people don't take covid seriously. Just to be safe we should lockdown all shops until 2022 just to be safe.

To be fair it's no different than going to work and pretending in front of customers and smiling with good customer service.
A lot of people work really hard for their TH-cam shows because it is a source of income or at least they hope it becomes a source of income just like you would with a job where you have to pretend and put on a persona. A lot of jobs require for you to put on a persona and if you fail at that and if you don't act a certain way and say certain things and hopefully don't say the wrong things you will be fired.
51 years ago my father killed himself (shotgun to the head) but he was the best dad there ever was. I was six years old at the time and learned a hard lesson that day about the finality of life. Three years later my mother then killed herself (pills) and even back then people were relentless saying she didn't care about her own children but that wasn't true. Sometimes people have trouble coping and make bad decisions. There have been moments in my life where I felt like following in their footsteps but I'm still here. Life is harder for some than it is for others and my scars of life will always be with me. We have no right to judge people because their scars may run deeper than you could possibly imagine or even endure yourself.
Oh wow. What a tragic childhood. So sorry for their sudden exit. Both my patents left earth during my teenage years. Dad had a heart attack while driving and was DOA to the hospital but they brought hom back. He died never coming out of the coma. I was 17. Mom died 3 years later from cancer. It was tough and I'm not sure why I am still on earth at 56.

The thought that he committed suicide didn’t even go through my head when I heard about his passing. But when I watched the explanation video, I was shocked and heartbroken.
Reality can be harsh on us.

Social media is a cancer. Just think about how many times you have left facebook, twitter, etc.. feeling happy vs feeling sad,angry, envious. Also they have done countless studies that prove social media makes people miserable and you will be happier without it, facts.

You ask yourself why a young person could do that and how difficult must life be to bring on such an action. But then I remember when I was 19 and a sophomore in college I fell into a deep depression. I don’t know if it was hormones or what it was but it was the most horrible feeling. It was a hopeless pit that I didn’t feel I could crawl out of. It’s a very hard feeling to describe to other people and unless you go through it you’ll never know what it is. I can sympathize with this young man and I feel so horrible for his family.
It was pretty bad for me at 19 too. It feels like forever ago but it’s only been 3 years since then.
College was hell. Even working my way through, all I could afford to eat was plain noodles and margarine, white bread, water,. while all the non-working affirmative action students got free cafeteria and all they could eat. America is dead when working people can't afford to eat and don't qualify for help because of the color of their skin, while non working get free everything, because of the color of their skin. I wish I had known how much worse everything would get or I would have tried harder to suicide back then. It's too damn hard to die.

I was too a teen mom. I had my first baby at 16 and my last at 24. At the time I was in deep depression and suicidal. They put me on depression meds but nothing worked it only made it worse. What free me from depression was the Bible 🙌🙌 only Jesus can get rid of any and all emptiness in ur heart 🙏 when ever u feel sad or depressed call on the name of the lord Yeshua 🔥 he will free u from all depression

And he felt better being home with his parents and being a young lad, a kid, he was. Back to the pressure of family and YT was too much for him to handle.

Yeah, a lot of people put on a smile so no one has to worry about them. Trust me, I've known from experience. It's extremely upsetting though that this happened because he could have gotten so much help.

Yes mental health played a huge factor but raising 2 young children while still in his teens had to be hard. I’m 38 with a 5 year old and it’s hard! When you have kids, you worry about them, you want the best for them you see life, people and the world differently. So yes it does put a lot of pressure. Being a parent is not easy no matter where you live! Even trying to get any assistance is difficult. And many don’t take it. So yes, I do agree it was a factor. Not the main one but def had some impact. RIP
I was a single mom with 2 kids at 19 and one on the way, yeah my choices weren't good at a young but I managed to pull through with The Most High on my side.He took care of me and opened doors that would have been shut to my colorand situation, i am so sorry this young man didnt realize how valuable he was to his family and didnt have a relationship with The Most High

As a mother who has dealt with suicide three times in 2 years it breaks my heart that no matter how much one smiles, there is always that inner soul crying from the pain no one knows about.

Always having to pretend to be happy about having small children too. Even older parents struggle ad have hard days. It's normal to ask for help and not have to be perfect. There must be extra pressure on young ones and the channel with fake happy families can't have helped him.

He was the best father you could imagine he wasn’t one of those teens who wasnt there for their children he was the calm and energetic dad who everyone wants he was funny,sweet and caring to others. Without him cam would of had a bad life , looking after a child at age 16 all alone. He was the kindest sweetest guy/father/dad/friend ever he was there for cam! And he sadly died at a very young age. Poor cam,she now has to raise two children on her own at age 19 but her family and friends will be there to help her hopefully. Delilah will never see her father and he will never see her grow up. Hopefully she doesn’t delete the channel cause I think Delilah when she’s older will want to see all the memories her father had and the life he lived. I just assumed that they took a break because they haven’t posted in months. I’m not really on Instagram a lot but I was scrolling through today and saw the post of her and her friends with black dresses; the caption saying “Today we celebrate his life”.
I didn’t think much of it, I just assumed that it was his birthday and that they’ll be making a video about it soon so I liked the post and scrolled away from it without reading the rest.
Biggest mistake
I was scrolling through my recommendations on Yt and this video popped up. I literally stared at my phone flabbergasted. Perplexed. Mouth Agaped.
My voice literally cracked and tears immediately sprung to my eyes. I quickly click the video and still can’t believe what I’ve seen. I was sobbing for hours.
I really hope Cam and her beautiful baby girls can get through this tragic lost. It simply isn’t fair that his life has ended at such a young age and it breaks my heart knowing that his baby girls will grow up without their father who loved them both to the brim of his heart. 💔

People still think depression only comes from things in people personal life. My coworker/great friend for 7years in the late 90’s always told me he never went threw anything bad as a child. He told me how nice and super loving his mom and dad had always been to him and his siblings. But mentally he just can’t find happiness in life 90% of the month, he just wakeup wishing he could end everything without hurting his family in the process. I may burn in hell for keeping the secret, but his family still to this day think he had a drug addiction. And that’s what took his life, but his overdose was his first time ever taking drugs. I’m not Catholic, but his entire family is, so he mad me promise to keep them safe religiously happy for him. I love you Mal and if it possible to be given a second chance, I hope the two of us can have a second go at a life of friendship when my time comes.🤴🏻☝🏽🫂🙏🏽

My uncle Zane died from an unexpected brain aneurysm while skiing with his church youth group he taught as a youth pastor on a military base. He saved 20 people’s lives with his organ donation. That was his purpose. He died saving so many others . Took a long time for me to accept why it happened or why God allows it but now I understand fully. Love and miss you Uncle Z!
Zane was a good man for sure, may his soul rest in heaven with all other good souls, and may Jesus accept him in his kingdom. Amen!

Talk about selfish and messed up. The grandparents of such people should be charged with child abuse/neglect (for their kids). No one under 25 has the brain development, life experience and neurological capability to know who "the love of your life" is. To allow these two individuals to continue posting their lives on You Tube, while they continued to reproduce, is disgusting!!

That's why in the UK you get £10k/$14k fines for gatherings larger then 8. It makes me angry people don't take covid seriously. Just to be safe we should lockdown all shops until 2022 just to be safe.

Terribly sad. I remember 19 and college work and bills. It was the most emotional time an depression is real. But the most selfish thing anyone can do is take their own life! You leave those who love you behind to grieve and it could have been prevented. Life is hard but you got to push forward. Get help find a way to see the light. Children grow so fast life after High School flies by. My condolences to the family but it’s so tragic suicide has become so prevalent in today’s society. It’s a shame more don’t reach out to someone, even a stranger. Sometimes help comes in places you least expect. 🙏🏼
Its actually not selfish. He was in pain, like literal pain because of the imbalance of hormone in his body and his wife was too young to understand or help him.
Honestly this just shows how you never know what someone is going through, it hurts so much because he looked and acted like most happiest person he could be. Sending prayers to his wife and his daughters :(

Wow, 19. He was so young. He had two young daughters. I couldn't stop crying while watching his wife's video telling about his death. Depression is a serious illness. I really wish he thought what would be the aftermath if he took his life. He left his wife and two young daughters behind.
You've no idea how bad it is when you have severe depression with suicidal ideas. It's the worst it can get. You can't even find energy and reason to EAT let alone live for someone else. I've been there, narrowly escaped with my life because I abandoned everything else and took treatment. I knew I was depressed because I am a doctor. Even then I was almost too late.
I'm not wishing that on my worst enemy. People have no idea how bad it is unless they experience it themselves.
when you're that depressed, you kinda just stop caring about everything. when i almost killed myself, i was convinced that it would not make an impact on anybody, and i honestly didn't care if it did anyways. i just wanted to take myself out of the picture so desperately.
He honestly probably thought about it quite a but but didn't care for whatever reason. Sounds cruel but probably thought they'd just get over it/no impact, or just focused more on his own pain rather than theirs. I sincerely doubt he was completely unaware of the effects of his actions, just minimized them.

I had just started watching their TH-cam channel a few months prior to his death 😭 Even though I wish I started watching them earlier, I’m at least glad that I got to be watching their videos live when he was alive for a few months. I hope that Cam still makes TH-cam videos after she heals from this. If she wants to, she should keep the channel going because I feel like if she kept up the Channel it would keep Landon’s memory alive. But it is ultimately her choice to decide if she wants to keep it up and i will respect her decision.
I feel like he would be a great dad, may he Rest In Peace and find nothing but joy in his next life.

Everybody gets lost at some point and time. I felt the same coming out of high school but eventually the bricks fall into place. Im 38 now. Always ups and downs but I live a fairly comfortable life. Just give it time

@Rachael Nelson I hate to say this becoming father at 16 without having affluent parents living on money earning from youtube which is less than to sustain a whole family may have took a lot of toll on his mental health.
He would have eventually committed suicide even if it weren't for pills he paired with having a newborn and likely being very sleep deprived. Sleep deprivation from caring for a newborn is no joke and people often overlook the mental health needs of new fathers as most of the attention is placed on the mother and baby.

I understand things can happen but becoming a father at 17 isn’t the norm. Then putting your life in the spotlight isn’t either. He was dealing with so much while having his own issues. That’s all I was talking about. The fact that I have a son the same age who is in college and is not faced with those pressures hit home for me. That’s a lot of responsibility to take on at 17.
