Same, we know our own bodies so know when something isn’t right but most doctors in the UK say ‘oh you have anxiety’ err no I don’t, you talking shite and not having a clue is giving me anxiety, I have healed myself slowly from you tube chiros, physios and like this doc, i have been taking magnesium for nearly a month now and I feel so much better and yes my sleep has improved 100% which alone makes you feel better the following day 💪🏻

Thank you for this video. I have been taking Magnesium citrate for a few months due to bowel issues. I had no idea until right now that is what is going on with me. I have been sleeping better, better appetite for good food, have energy to do things. I usually don't get up except to the restroom. I actually have been going to the store, am able to do something around the house, enjoy talking to people, etc. I am living again. I believe now it is due to the intake of Magnesium. I am shocked that it is making changes in my life. I am 65yo, permanently disabled due to my heart conditions, 70,% blind, and recovering from a life-saving emergency surgery. I had given up. I just wanted to die. I cut myself off from everyone. The changes have been gradual so I didn't notice. I began taking just 250mg. of Magnesium and I doubled it to 500mg. about 2 months ago. I didn't realize it had been improving everything for me so gradually. Much more in the last 2 months. I don't even think about dying any more. I was planning my funeral, expenses, etc. before. This has changed my depression, my mental acuity, my physical well being, my social life, everything. This video helped me understand why and how. THANK YOU. Oh and my intestinal issues are greatly improved. I am just amazed. Please keep up the GREAT VIDEOS. I'm a new, big fan!!

Also herbal supplements like Frankincense with Tumeric, Ginger, green tea, celery seed, rosemary... I have Hashimoto's and Fibro and Hashimoto's have alot of the same overlapping symptoms. Make sure to ask your Dr. To check your vitamin D levels which I'm sure will be low unless you aleady supplement D3/K Vitamin D3/K is huge for pain & inflammation! Good luck 😊 P. S. The Chinese breathing exercise of Tai Chi Qigong mentions rooting onto the earth. It means connecting the energy from heaven to the ground through your body. One can not feel this connection wearing shoes with rubber soles like sneakers( rubber is an insulator). The only way to feel this Qi while performing this exercise is by wearing shoes with leather soles on natural turf or better yet -barefooted. The sensation is like a tingling suction feeling when the connection is made.

@@lorisantos3093 In another video Dr Gupta recommends magnesium citrate, which is readily available here in the UK (I don't know where you are). He says it's also better tolerated than some other salts, and easily absorbed. I have been taking about 400 mg per day of citrate for a couple of years, and I have had no severe night muscle cramps or any recurrence of my ectopic beats for about 18 months. Magnesium citrate is used in large doses (a few grams) as a laxative but the amount I take has no such effect. Magnesium oxide and carbonate are sometimes used as antidotes to excess stomach acid, so are probably best avoided. Hope this helps - good luck!

My mother had severe fiber myalgia for a number of years so she suffered from a great deal of nerve pain. She went to a specialist specifically for fiber myalgia and he prescribed very expensive drugs. One I recall was lyrics. It was costing her for $400/month for meds with tough side effects. One day she was reading a column in the paper that was written by a doctor and it said that sometimes people are diagnosed with fiber myalgia when in fact they have a severe magnesium deficiency. She went to the drug store and purchased cheap magnesium oxide and tried taking it three times a day. Lo and behold, her fiber myalgia nerve pain went away within a short period of time! Her nerve pain disappeared! She was shocked. Why didn’t that fiber myalgia “specialist” tell her to try magnesium before he put her on those expensive drugs? I think we know why! @RPG 808 thanks for helping BUT even if one got everything on the ingredient list for this new product and even if they knew exactly how much of each ingredient was in there it would not compare because of a patented delivery system developed over 20 years and initially for cancer treatments which would only target the cancer cells and leave the healthy cells alone! They are saying to try it for 1 month and let your body tell you how much better it is feeling and how much it likes it and they say we will not want to give it up! So knowing some of the people behind the product, I believe and trust them and will at least give them a month. I am fighting COPD and Congestive Heart Failure , maybe a tumor on the Thyroid, going for tests soon and also back issues, scoliosis and I am believing God can use even doctors and supplements to help ! Dr. Gupta it is with much appreciation that I can say THANK YOU. The majority of doctors and big pharmaceutical companies are very quick to have hundreds and thousands of unwell people to pop a pill because it's all about them lining their pockets. We need doctors like you.....please continue telling us the positive things we can do to help ourselves. MANY, MANY THANKS DR. GUPTA.

Thank you. Been taking mags, C's, E's daily for years. In my sixties now and I feel great. Daily workout routines most valuable but not as vigorous as when I was younger. I'm a caregiver n mostly on my feet at work. My eating habits...mostly whatever I want, but "not to much of anything. Intermittent fasting most valuable part of my existence having been a routine for many years.

Taking a Magnesium supplement has change my life. I had been on anxiety meds for 20 years. 6 months after starting magnesium I am no longer on any meds. I had horrible heart palpitations, they are gone. I feel so much better overall. Magnesium is my new have to have. Dr. Thank you for your wonderful information. Definitely sharing. I want everyone to feel as good as me :)

Jackie Tapia : This duscovery about Magnesium was done by a Blessed Doctor who prays to God FIVE times a day humbly prostating on ground. Also, called in USA = Islam. The religion that will CURE ppl of FAKE religions, fake LIFE, fake Medicine, and a fake SOUL.
Soon, as Muslim ER Doctor from Turkey found this out, the Western Fake Christians who worship the Guillotine where precious Issa died and NOT his teachings,
Current Christianity is FAKE. Not what Jesus (aka Issa) preached. Like pharma companies vs real medicine. Jesus is a Middle Eastern man. Not a pale white person with pale compassion.

Pho E ......goodness gracious there, get off your scarred up knees, calm down and read the word (Bible) of the one and only real GOD before you die my friend. There is nothing but sin and pure hate in the hearts of people that think they are supposed to rid the Earth of non Islam’s. Christianity is about love, hope and joy for ALL living human beings not just the ones you think should live. One day when I’m standing at the great gulf that lies between you and I and I see you, I hope I cry and not just wave at you.

As a Muslim, I distance myself from the condescending remarks from Pho E, which are not “husne-ikhlaq” (pleasant interactions) as recommended in Islam. And for Christians who denigrate Islam, just follow a channel like TwoWhiteMuslims to cure your fallacies.

I've suffered from muscle cramping for most of my life. As a grade school student, I took cello lessons and my left hand would cramp quickly when being taught the correct hand posture on the strings. It made life somewhat miserable. Decades later, I brought it up with my GP and asked if I had a lazy parathyroid or what the cause would be. My concern was totally ignored. During a visit to my chiropractor, I had some facial twitching and she said I was suffering from a magnesium deficiency. I started taking Magnesium L-Threonate and these signs subsided. When I fail to take Mg, the signs returned. I wish I had seen that chiropractor when I was 10 or 11 years old! Thank you very much for the video and the work you do!
