    I’m 77 and my eldest daughter is 59. We have been sharing our experiences with different supplements and healthier options for some time now. She has been able to wean herself from all medications and recover from fibromyalgia after 10 years. I am able to do more and feel better than I have in years. Magnesium has been a big help among many other supplements. Also we both sleep on grounding sheets and spend time barefoot outside. My daughter commented that she felt like she had been in a tunnel for 10 years!! Thank you for your information and advise. ❤

      @@jasnabulatovic4805Hi according to my functional medicine Dr. All autoimmune conditions in women should be taking vitamin D3/K, magnesium glycinate and Omega-3 fatty acids. Also herbal supplements like Frankincense with Tumeric, Ginger, green tea, celery seed, rosemary... I have Hashimoto's and Fibro and Hashimoto's have alot of the same overlapping symptoms. Make sure to ask your Dr. To check your vitamin D levels which I'm sure will be low unless you aleady supplement D3/K Vitamin D3/K is huge for pain & inflammation! Good luck 😊 P. S. Have you had your thyroid checked?

      The Chinese breathing exercise of Tai Chi Qigong mentions rooting onto the earth. It means connecting the energy from heaven to the ground through your body. One can not feel this connection wearing shoes with rubber soles like sneakers( rubber is an insulator). The only way to feel this Qi while performing this exercise is by wearing shoes with leather soles on natural turf or better yet -barefooted. The sensation is like a tingling suction feeling when the connection is made.

    I've suffered from muscle cramping for most of my life. As a grade school student, I took cello lessons and my left hand would cramp quickly when being taught the correct hand posture on the strings. It made life somewhat miserable. Decades later, I brought it up with my GP and asked if I had a lazy parathyroid or what the cause would be. My concern was totally ignored. During a visit to my chiropractor, I had some facial twitching and she said I was suffering from a magnesium deficiency. I started taking Magnesium L-Threonate and these signs subsided. When I fail to take Mg, the signs returned. I wish I had seen that chiropractor when I was 10 or 11 years old! Thank you very much for the video and the work you do!

I have been sleeping better, better appetite for good food, have energy to do things. I usually don't get up except to the restroom. I actually have been going to the store, am able to do something around the house, enjoy talking to people, etc. I am living again. I believe now it is due to the intake of Magnesium. I am shocked that it is making changes in my life. I am 65yo, permanently disabled due to my heart conditions, 70,% blind, and recovering from a life-saving emergency surgery. I had given up. I just wanted to die. I cut myself off from everyone. The changes have been gradual so I didn't notice. I began taking just 250mg. of Magnesium and I doubled it to 500mg. about 2 months ago. I didn't realize it had been improving everything for me so gradually. Much more in the last 2 months. I don't even think about dying any more. I was planning my funeral, expenses, etc. before. This has changed my depression, my mental acuity, my physical well being, my social life, everything. This video helped me understand why and how. THANK YOU. Oh and my intestinal issues are greatly improved. I am just amazed. Please keep up the GREAT VIDEOS. I'm a new, big fan!!

    I am in my 50s, I had battled depression and anxiety, and fixed the issue through natural vitamins. I have been on biodentical hormones, for the last three months, low dose. My integrative health doctor mentioned adding magnesium because Im only sleeping 6-8 hours a night. So he has suggested I add magnesium. So thank you for the information. • @ceejay0137
      @ceejay0137 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      @@lorisantos3093 In another video Dr Gupta recommends magnesium citrate, which is readily available here in the UK (I don't know where you are). He says it's also better tolerated than some other salts, and easily absorbed. I have been taking about 400 mg per day of citrate for a couple of years, and I have had no severe night muscle cramps or any recurrence of my ectopic beats for about 18 months. Magnesium citrate is used in large doses (a few grams) as a laxative but the amount I take has no such effect. Magnesium oxide and carbonate are sometimes used as antidotes to excess stomach acid, so are probably best avoided. Hope this helps - good luck!

    I recently saw a newly-qualified doctor. He made all the right noises, but then prescribed me four different drugs. All of my ailments were a response to deficiencies in magnesium, potassium, vitamin B, etc. I'm now off the prescription medication and eating well, trying to sleep well, and taking supplements. I haven't felt this well for a very long time. We need more Dr Sanjay Guptas.

    This man is amazing. Clear facts, clearly explained. Two cardiologists have told me " we only treat the symptoms of ectopic heartbeats, you should take Beta blockers" My response was " If you had water pouring out of your ceiling and called a plumber, would you expect him to find the leak or leave you with a sponge and bucket?" I have learnt more from these videos than I have from my doctors.

    A friend suggested, multiple times, that I take magnesium because I had been extra anxious, and had worsening insomnia, heart palpitations, migraines, constant muscle aches and cramps in my legs and feet. Finally, I started taking magnesium oxide (the most common kind sold at pharmacies, at least in the US. Within 2 days I thought I started sleeping better all of these ailments lessened -- and magnesium oxide is the least well absorbed type. I'm starting to understand more about why I became more magnesium deficient and why my doctor didn't flag it. Thank you, Dr. Gupta!

I was suffering bouts of super tachycardia every month or so and more and more frequent heart flutters - at least once per day. My cardiologist wanted to operate. My daughter, who’s studying in the medical field, put me onto magnesium powder. I felt better within about 4 hours and haven’t had an event for 3 months. It’s changed my life. 🤓🙏

    My mother had severe fiber myalgia for a number of years so she suffered from a great deal of nerve pain. She went to a specialist specifically for fiber myalgia and he prescribed very expensive drugs. One I recall was lyrics. It was costing her for $400/month for meds with tough side effects. One day she was reading a column in the paper that was written by a doctor and it said that sometimes people are diagnosed with fiber myalgia when in fact they have a severe magnesium deficiency. She went to the drug store and purchased cheap magnesium oxide and tried taking it three times a day. Lo and behold, her fiber myalgia nerve pain went away within a short period of time! Her nerve pain disappeared! She was shocked. Why didn’t that fiber myalgia “specialist” tell her to try magnesium before he put her on those expensive drugs? I think we know why! Dr. Gupta, thank you for getting the word out!

    IT IS A FACT THAT:Most of the Magnesium in the body is found in the Left Ventricle, and the heart needs Calcium and Magnesium every single time it beats in and out,any deficiency in these vital Minerals can cause palpatations, chest pain,angina etc.
    So crucial to take this crucial mineral, old figures stated the DV (Daily Value) was 375mg per day, now science states 425mgs per day.
