Glad to see you’re still keeping up with the vids! Just so you know I really find these vids educational and everything you do I try to implement with my track sessions!
Something that I heard that helps with indoor curves/curves in general is just trying to get your right arm to swing more on the curve than your left. You ran a great anchor leg bro, 50.9 indoor can def get you to 48 outdoor. Ones you are able to close well it will push you towards your sub 48 goal. Keep it up!
That's an interesting one, I'll have to keep it in mind if I race indoor next year. Thank you so much man, I really hope so! Thanks as always for the support
Generally that's correct except for two important notes. One, we only did one set of the heavy lifting which is very low volume compared to what we are used to, it's pretty much 66% less than what we'd normally do which is a big drop off and it was early in the week, and secondly, our long term goal is outdoor nationals (at least for some of us like my 4x4) and we aren't even close to good enough indoors like for indoor nationals so we intentionally trained through the week with only a smallish tapering. If we had done things differently maybe we would've won our events and again the points you made are 100% correct, but it was an intentional choice
If you’re splitting 50.9 indoor, I definitely see you running 48 outdoor. Enjoying your journey so far, keep it up!
I really appreciate that man! I'll do my best to keep putting the work in and make that happen. Thank you!

That intro was fire!
Thanks bro! Helps when my videographer gets me such awesome footage 💪🏻📷
Get yourself a finger stopwatch. I just bought one and it makes timing sooooo much easier
That's a really good idea. I'll put it on my list. Thanks for the comment!
Another great video! I'm really enjoying Zach's camera work! Conference was definitely fun to watch!

What's your 30m flying time?
I didn't time the ones in this video, but my PR is 3.07. So not great, but I'm working on it
If you want a more consistent timing method, time off first foot contact
That could work, I might try it out. Thanks for the idea!
seems like you guys are doing a lot of work and to much heavy lifting the week of conference should be tapered

@@SimonShawk5 makes sense just seemed different considering was mainly doing body weight movements and were looking to win d3 nationals
