I always thought it was Emma with Geri giving her harmony but it's actually just Emma with a double layer. The "ooh" I actually thought was Mel C and Victoria but it's Mel B and Mel C. I'm guessing this one will likely be #1 Mel C, #2 Emma, #3 Geri, #4 Mel B, #5 Victoria.
Yes, there is no Geri above in the "too much" part. I recon Emma IS doubled, but I do believe hear Mel C doing that voice above too. It's lovely how musical production's got us thinking that it's only the lower voices in the end, but Mel C is so softly blended in.

It's interesting to see how the girls take what's been done by the producer, and change ir in the concerts. For example the fact that Emma sounds pretty much like a soloist in the chorus, but live, they all five sang it. In three voices the "Too much" part, and unison the "something's coming over me", with no "oooh"s in the back. I love this geeky, singing, girlband stuff! Hugs from Chile!

At least not on her own. Mel B usually dictates the color of the singing in the lower parts (as in the verse of SpiceUpyourLife), which is easier for Geri, who also had a raspy voice. Then it was Victorias job to blend with the others. She was indeed in the bottom two vocally, but having a voice with no strict color or personality, she did have the hability to blend in with either the sopranos (MelC and Emma) or the altos.
Emma leads the choir with two voices, in the Hidden Vocals you can hear the echo it has, plus the high harmony of Geri and the low of Victoria, and the "ooh" in the second and fourth lines of the chorus, Mel C makes the harmony high and Mel B makes the harmony low. 🙄

The chorus is Emma+echo leading backed by Geri and Melanie C. Mel B and Victoria do the low harmony alternating with doing the ooohs in the background. Melanie C does the ad libs so she simply stops singing at certain points in the chorus so it's just Emma and Geri's voices being obvious. But you can especially hear Sporty in the chorus with the 'just'.

I believe you've mistaken Geri being in the high voice, because of the raspiness in the "BAD enough" and "JUST as tough" parts, which I believe is due to all five of the girls blendig colors.
