I have been looking for soft silicone for monthssss for my asmr content. Hrs of research and I finally found what I was looking for! Ordered and excited!!! THANK YOU 😊
Excellent!
How about a video in cased I missed it. On the topic of using softer skin materials in a rotational casting, then using a stiffer material and even a third for fillers to firm up and be more life like.
very interesting.That was enjoyable.
Thanks for watching!
I can think of a great use 🤤
...like medical simulators and SPFX skins!

Do you have any recommendations for vacuum degassers for people working at home rather than at a workshop? (You don’t sell any, do you?)
We do not sell vacuum chambers or pumps, but there are lots of options available on eBay. We use a 6 cfm pump with a 2.5 gallon chamber. That’s a good size for home or workshop
@@bitymoldsupply That’s a big help, thanks!
Adult novelties 😂
You know, like rubber noses and whoopee cushions and such. What on earth did you think I meant??!!
but that too.....right?@@bitymoldsupply

Dentures…obviously 😂
😂😂
Sure sure sure...
What type of materials are compatible as molds
Check the link to the silicone prop video page.
What silicone is the best for hand glove mold for the robotic prothesis hand.
It has a anatomical human bone structure with movable joints
Either 5110 or 5100. 5100 is the softer of the two.
honestly i can use it to cast sheets of it to use as tattooing practice
the 10 scale seems like a strong and usable silicone it might just work
We have customers that do exactly that!
How can I make a strong silicone head?
5110F is a good tough, soft silicone that can be used for that application. Check our other videos as well as our video library on our website.
Which type would be good for creating tattoo practice skin?
Just about all of our translucent silicones will work for that, but the OO30 and OO50 are the most popular.
@@bitymoldsupply Can you give us a brief understanding of the differences between 0030 and 0050? And do you have any smaller containers of the ones that work well for tattooing prosthetic so we are able to do some testing to see which meets our requirements?
@@DjMrGrimM OO30 is the softer of the two, being similar in feel to an earlobe. OO50 is about like the tips of your fingers. We have another TH-cam video on tattoo skins. I’ll post a link to it. The smallest kit size we offer is 2lbs which works out to about 50 cubic inches. th-cam.com/video/FZQVgpkBnA8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=U45rCh4OH7KRsYsM
Are these medical grade?
These meet the requirements for skin contact but beyond that you would need to test for your specific application.
What would be a forearm lol
That would be several different silicones and some resin for bone!
