I found your videos very useful.
I am following the same steps that you have performed in this video. But i am getting an error msg: You are signed in with an Aws account that was provided by AISPL. these accounts cannot create Amazon connect instances. Sign in an account provided by AWS and then try to create an instance.

Suresh, The only solution is to ask someone who is residing out side of India to create an account for you. If the billing is in INR you will get that error message

I'm getting an error -
We're sorry. While we strive to make AWS’s broad set of products and services available to all customers, some products and services may not be available to customers in India, including customers of Amazon Internet Services Private Limited (AISPL). Currently, AISPL does not provide Amazon Connect.
Please help.

Amazon doesn't allow to create Connect Instance from India, this is what they mentioned in official docs page :-
"Amazon Connect is not available to customers in India using Amazon Web Services through Amazon Internet Services Pvt. Ltd (AISPL). You will receive an error message if you try to create an instance in Amazon Connect."
