- In todays video we react to the new Monster Hunter Wilds Theme and listen to every note and detail! Ill tell you something they have really knocked it out the park with this theme!

It should be noted this was played at the Monster Hunter Orchestra which means the in-game theme may use *slightly* different instruments but this IS the first official release of the theme for us to listen to.
This is our new Stars At Our Backs, To One With Life, Winds of Departure, maybe Nay! The Honour is All Ours, I’m not sure if that one counts but either way each theme is a beautiful that represents what each new gen game is all about.
To One With Life is a lovely song emphasizing the beauty of nature and the sea, the wonder and everything the world has
Winds of Departure is very peppy and feels like you’re going on a quest, which in MH4U, you are! You’re constantly moving place to place with the caravaners and exploring
Stars At Our Backs is a triumph of humanity, a hero in a strange new land and thriving as a spirit of the hunt
This currently unnamed theme for Wilds then has a sense of wonder and danger as well as exploration, we are coming to a new land of danger and unknown terrors as the first fleet of explorers, lead by you yourself! The soft motif of Proof of a Hero intertwined in the later parts of the track is really cool
In a way reminds me of tri main theme. Feels very wondrous and beautiful.
I love how open this sounds with all the flowing notes and how it kind of represents the different stages a map can be in in my eyes. It starts of very emotional and slow like we are in a place where life isn’t really worth living aka the fallow period, then the sandtide or whatever inclemency rolls in and it gets intense almost like a battle theme but you’re not battling a mere monster no you’re battling nature itself and finally after a short while the danger rolls away and reveals all the wonderful organisms, colors and creatures in this world. I think it’s masterfully done and it gets me even more excited for Wilds just thinking of it’s OST!👌
It definitely captures the beauty of nature vibe that wilds is going for
The theme is called "Principal of a Beautiful World"
I would also recommend listening to the Rey Dau and Windward plains themes, arranged by Rith based on multiple Gamescom demo gameplays where these themes play
Define vocals because depending on your answer, world does have tracks with vocals and infact has a song. Every inital instalment of a generation (-1st gen) has a song, usually corresponding with the final boss of the game. I have an entire playlist of these.
I feel like with Rise's themes they have either opera or japanese singing as part of the theme whilst world likely has some hums or throat singing or maybe some kind of...soft opera? I have never heard worlds themes have anything where the vocal is clearly heard if you know what I mean?
@@Zall Well, like I said I have an entire playlist containing each generation's theme, most of the first game final boss themes and a corresponding song that carries the motif. World's song is very beautiful, you should check it out.
It's a great theme, if you like this you should check out some fromsoftware music, especially from dark souls 3 and bloodborne. Gehrman the first hunter from bloodborne is a masterpiece and dark souls 3 main menu theme slaps.
I may look to do a fromsoftware reaction in the future! I hear only great things
