Cool clip. I've taped similar coming down the Illawarra Escarpment in my CM Regal. Had the ELB bipassed a year ago. When they fail (which they will, sitting right above the exhaust), they go into emergency mode, car still runs but with rubbish economy and performance (try 20litres/100km). Then they'll start cutting out, fuel continues going in & when spark returns WALLOP! backfire. So I went to regular vac dizzy and coil. Problem solved. ELB still in place for original look.
what a classic stretch of road, the amount of stories i could tell and still would not even scratch the surface..
gee i miss driving thru that mountain the road was awesome specially in my little nissan exa
Thanks; twas the music of the day playing on a mix tape on the Realistic under dash cassette player.
Old Pacific Highway, prior to the current bypass.
@gregrudd : No, they had a Borg Warner; also had a 1974 CH Chrysler 360 V8 that had a 727 Torqueflite, however. :)
Yeah I actually had a spare module from a wrecker but didn't require it; had the car for several years faithful service.
The CL model was analogue, the CM was digital.

Is this frame uploaded backwards or is this guy driving on the wrong side of the road? Greetings from America!
