How did you install the 1/4” plywood to cover the tracks? Nail it into the casing?
Yup. I nailed it and then caulked around it.
Where did you get the jamb?
I ordered the sliding door kit with the jamb. Any place that you can buy doors should be able to get you the jamb as well. Thanks for the comment!
Which brand/type product did you use to fill nail holes?
