Just got back from Taipei a few weeks ago where we spent three weeks eating our way through the city and country side!! Amazing foods at the night markets, great restaurants with foods from Taiwan, China, Japan and Malaysia.... not to mention the fresh seafood at the sea side restaurants.... of course I did get a hot dog at Costco Taipei!!!!
I have watched many travel videos and you are the best....keep on doing at the good work...the reason why I enjoy your videos so much is because you are natural and truly enjoy what you are doing.

That may be my next trip. Was possibly going to Germany again but it would be great to get back to my old R&R country. So very glad I chose Taiwan almost fifty years ago for R&R. What a great country and what great people. It is so much more developed now it has to be incredible. The food looks great.

Thank you so much for showing these real authentic Taiwanese food. You are prolonging and honoring our food culture!!! I love rice dumplings, especially the peanut and pork one. Northern Taiwanese Dumplings are cooked by steaming, and people will lightly stir-fry the rice and other ingredients before the wrapping. Southern Taiwanese Dumplings are cooked by boiling and people will just put the raw ingredients inside the bamboo leaf, like what you filmed in the video.
You really got the spirit of Chiayi ! I spent my four year college there, and the 蛋餅 is the best breakfast I've always recommend any who come to Chiayi ! Nice video!!

粽子is like Mexican Tamale, instead of corn leaves Chinese use the bamboo leaves and we use Rice they use Masa very similar. Is my favorite.
