Taiwan is my second home and the food culture is unmatched. Taiwanese people are so friendly and welcoming and their food reflects every bit of passion and love they put into it! Everyone should come visit at least once. I guarantee you will fall in love with the island.
I visited Taiwan many years ago and I am still amazed by the memories of the excellent food I ate and by the kindness of Taiwanese people❤ I am vegan and I tasted some of the most delicious food I ever had in my life. I remember a vegetarian restaurant, like a temple for veg cuisine...boy, how would I love to go there again. That was mastery in the kitchen ❤

I REALLY like the fact, as I see it, they are CLEAN!! It looks like they are constantly washing their food, their hands, their utensils, etc. I would really love to eat there. Great looking food.😍

@@damascussteel8059 長時間的燉煮，或是要滷東西，加大量的米酒下去可以去腥、提味。
有些廚師炒菜最後要起鍋之前，也會用米酒繞一圈鍋子，再炒個幾下，然後才起鍋。

看完勾起我9年前去台湾的回忆, 超级怀念台湾的美食(夜市里的那些), 特别是火鸡饭哈哈哈. 还记得姨妈让我送弟弟去补习班,可我不知道回来的路.我就捡了很多小花, 走一步丢一朵到草地里 ,寻着小花朵走回来,好轻松快乐.

我是高雄人看到那個鐵板炒飯就是高雄六合夜市的， 非常高興你能介紹高雄的美食。
其實一個小小的台灣，小歸小，但是！北中南花蓮台東屏東彰化台南高雄鹿港台中……幾乎一個地名一種美食。喜歡甜往南部，喜歡酸甜往上發展，喜歡鹹台中以北喜歡清淡北部居多，各有特色，這就是我成長的地方臺灣。
