Glad I could help buddy hope you enjoy your new boat If you ever have any other questions email me at bredforbass@gmail.com or join our Facebook group and message me on there I’ll be glad to help!
Nice boat! I have a Heritage with many similar add-ons. Some recommendations not criticism…. you don’t use the Terrova built in transducer? It’s not great but it’ll alleviate some of the tangling wire issues. Also I use detachable trolling motor mount as my cover doesn’t fit well with bigger trolling motor. An upgrade I absolutely love is swapping out 1250gph cartridges in both aerator and bilge pump. Takes about 30 mins and cost about $30 each. I use live bait a lot so filling livewell in seconds is great. And also are your ram mounts 1”? I use 1.5” and 2” as they’re much sturdier with the weight of 9” screens. I have livescope but keep it on portable base as I switch from boat to boat. I use a transom trolling motor mounting bracket and attach a transducer to aluminum pole. **I’m stealing the rod holder buckle idea. Those are sweet
With 3 batteries don't forget the onboard alternator battery charger...it's worth it, if you have the room! With my setup I'm running 2 batteries, 2 gas tanks, an onboard charger and a alternator battery charger. I doubt if anything more can be placed in the back end. If I needed a 3rd battery it would have to go into the tackle storage area behind the driver's seat or into the extended front deck area for balanced weight distribution so the "ass" end doesn't too heavy! By the way, really nice mods! Living in Ontario, Canada this same basic model cost me just shy of $25,000 (with taxes), plus around $3,000 of additional parts and labor. There are times I wished I lived in the US!
Your loaded up with the upgrades, I was holding with you for awhile then you walked away. I have the step also but really need a grab bar for stability. Right now I'm looking into adding a Drotto Boat Latch 3" which would help when loading solo.
Yes I’m definitely loaded up lol but I think I’m finally done adding at some point I’ll upgrade but I’ll be running this boat for at least another season.Yea those drotto latches seem good hopefully it Does the job for you bud!
I wish you had links to the items you’re talking about instead of making a search for them. The step box is one of them. Did you make it or did you buy it premade?
I am trying to upgrade my console graph and cannot figure out how to get the transducer plug through the shifter panel. Curious how you did yours. Thanks
What are you using for onboard charging? Do you have a link? I was originally planning on using a standard car battery charger… But the more that I read on it I’m thinking I might get a Minnkota precision on board 2 bank charger one for my motor and starter engine one for my trolling engine I’ve also read up on the Kota alternator charger, but heard that it’s not really worth it. What are your thoughts?
I used that same transducer pad -- I hate the idea of making holes in the boat so far its working great and spot lock -- worth the money for sure if you fish alone like Ido - great upgrades!
Love the glove box!! If you have too much trouble with the transducer cable on the Terrova I just used a rod sock wrapped around the shaft, used it two years now like that and haven’t damaged the cable yet

No it’s same size it’s just painted that’s the only difference between the classic and the classic xl.The tracker cover I purchased with the boat is awesome fits like a glove and you can travel with it on.I’m not sure how you go about getting it though I got mine through the dealer when purchasing.
@Bred For Bass ok awesome. Yeah those covers are nice but expensive. What kind of transom buckles are they? The ones on my boat are hard to work with. Is your live well 9 gal? Ever put 5 bass in there? Just curious. Thanks for the info
@@benw6554 they are called “boat buckle minis” love them and yes my livewell is 9 gallon and I have had 5 bass in there that added up to 13lbs.Probably not getting 25lbs in there though
@Bred For Bass cool, appreciate it. Yea I'm going to get me some mini buckles
Can you or did you change out the tiny 6 gallon gas tank for a larger gas tank?
Yes you can I have not changed it out this motor sips gas never came close to running empty on a trip. Some guys add a 2nd 6 gallon some take out the 6 and add a 9 or 12 gallon

@@BredForBass thanks anyways man. By the way you got that boat looking mighty sweet. I like checking out all the mods. I need to mod my live well to recirculate.
