9:16 small nitpick: some decks are running cards that hate on things being cheated into play, such as containment priest for monowhite humans. But yes, in the majority of matchups there’s very little interaction for when sorin gets played outside of counterspells and niche plays like flashing in priest when they -3.

Not sure I buy the argument around minute 10 that decks don't have ways out to Vein Ripper. The fact that these decks have decided not to run main board ways to beat it seems like a design issue with those decks.

I think banning anything from the top 3 decks would ruin the format. If you dont ban all three decks at the same time then one of them will become even more dominant than vampires is right now and banning 3 decks is stupid when you consider people have alot of money invested into their decks. I think what pioneer really needs is to unban higher power level cards that can compete with the strong decks we have now, or print better answers into the format.
