The only card considering a ban in rakdos is sorin, a one way show and tell is to busted for the format, sure you can ban the Ripper but that just gets replaced by another OP vampire now or in the future sets, I agree with banning the walker in amalia, turn 3 combo is another thing the format doesn't need.

Ahead of the 2 most fun decks in the format? Hard for Nadu to be ahead of itself as one of those optioks 😉 Even if this deck wasn't tier 1, I'd play it. Fits my playstyle super well, and I thoroughly enjoy both playing, and spectating the deck.

I think banning anything from the top 3 decks would ruin the format. If you dont ban all three decks at the same time then one of them will become even more dominant than vampires is right now and banning 3 decks is stupid when you consider people have alot of money invested into their decks. I think what pioneer really needs is to unban higher power level cards that can compete with the strong decks we have now, or print better answers into the format.

As a yawg enjoyer I have to say that being incidentally hit by focused creature hate and activation hate because of the deck to beat being so similar to ours has been...annoying to say the least! Looking forward to when sideboards adjust to Nadu being out of the format.

Jeskai control was the deck that got me into modern all the way back in 2018! I'm glad to see its back after all these years!

Fable a legit legacy card, needs banned. Vein ripper is fine, yall need to git gudd. Treasure cruise is utterly busted and wotc are delulu if they think its fine 😂. The green deck also needs more bans, and I think it should be the fish-lady planeswalker

The thing with Nadu is that, yes, is very powerful, but also have the glaring issue that Wizards can't use the best tool they could use to measure its potency (MTGO and MTGA) because of the time limits on the games preventing the Combo from fully functioning and most LGSs don't really report their events to Wizards either. So. they must basically rely on Tournaments they DO organize themselves (PTs and RCQs) to do this. But, here's the thing: There's no guarantee we'll see the situation that happened in the PT Amsterdam repeating again since, now, every pro player is fully aware that Nadu is going to be (one of) the Deck(s) to beat and will be prepared to deal with it (so expect Decks/Sideboards with a good chunk of Nadu Hate (5 Damage Spells, Boardwipes, cards that punish Adding cards to hand/Landfall Triggers, etc) during this month's RCQs. One of the biggest factors that allowed Nadu Decks to perform like it did on PT Amsterdam is the fact that most players never expected Nadu at all, they all expected Ruby Storm (which is the biggest factor that explains its poor perfomance on PT Amsterdam). Now, with every player finally aware of it, will Nadu be capable of overpowering the hate that will be definitely coming against it and consistently top/win every RCQ next month? If it can, then a ban to Nadu is more Guaranteed more than ever. If it cannot (and Nadu's Performance on PT Amsterdam will remain a one time thing that stems from players failing to plan for the event correctly because of the lack of time between MH3's Release and PT Amsterdam), then it will be unlikely we'll see a Nadu ban and, if we see one, it will be a half meassure that will likely not trully work

Nadu is t getting banned so get over it. It’s just another good new combo deck.

Modern is basically the Timeless format! Ps. Phlage is better in modern than Uro. Uro still better in legacy though. So happy that jeskai is finally good in modern again!!!

I would love to see fable go. It's the undisputed best red card I'm the format and competes with thoughtseize and treasure cruse for the best CARD in the format.

Amalia is the only deck I could see getting the ban hammer especially with the new bloomburrow card. It gets to play solitaire and has access to tying the game when on the back foot.

This is my deck of choice for this upcoming rcq season. I want to keep playing Yawgmoth, but it just doesn't feel good in this meta anymore.

I have a strong feeling you completely mixed the Gruul aggro decks :) The one I quess you are referring to is "Gruul Vehicles" this one is basically not existing as of today, no one is playing it, mostly due to rather bad MU with phoenix and absolutely awful Amalia. Vehicles have amazing vampires MU (big threats, wide board, pick your poison, dorks to sac to cover ward and most imporant - akroan war). I am a gruul fan and I have tried to force the archetype. The other "meta deck" gruul aggro is more like a monoR variant and it is consistently keeping some 5:0, not a deck for a big tournament but can steal some games (mostly due to awful amalia MU, you either lose or draw slightly unfavourable vamp/UR) If mathematically you lose to top 3 main decks, there is no point in even trying to force :) Gruul aggro (atarka?) is in my opinion C tier, while Gruul Vehicles - off meta/rogue deck. Great wrap up nevertheless :)

Solid rankings! One thing I'll say about Waste Not is that it *really* tests your on-the-fly sequencing skills. Knowing when to plus Liliana before Thoughtseizing or vice versa, holding back Go Blank to try and hit two relevant cards vs. firing it off early to exile their yard, the list goes on. Definitely a deck that rewards practice.

Awesome video! This deck looks really cool. I just got into Modern and I love videos like this. Very informative.

You can interact with it but for the more aggressive decks in the format, it puts a lot of pressure on whether or not they have a removal spell for it before it goes off. Not to mention Cord of calling, rally the ranks, or collective company will get your combo pieces and then protect them. Geological appraiser was banned for a similar reason if I'm not mistaken. Turn three wins as a whole make a lot of decks a lot weaker and less fun

Modern is an expensive format, reprints are fine but restricting it would suck for people that have already invested in 4 copies for the upcoming RCQ season.

I told people to buy lots of those bundles but they didn't listen I'm so glad I got a bunch
