id get the OG xbox controller over the "elite" any day of the week. it just feels better in your hands and if its still the same as the OG xbox you run slightly faster because of the range of motion of your thumb sticks( they most likely fixed that though).
LG released a firmware update for their Nanocell TVs to fix the issue with HDR over HDMI 2.1 and I can confirm it works!
I'm buying an LG nanocell 86, do you think it will work well with the new xbox

@@mackenziebieerton2363 the only difference I noticed was the stand (two legs vs. Curved stand) but you may want to check the specs.

Can't wait for my series X to arrive ! But as for the Elite V2 controllers I kept having my right bumper breaking and couple had stuck drift , they are great for casual gaming but not for competitive long term in my opinion. Thousands and thousands of people been getting the same issues to the Elite V2 is awesome but not made awesome 😒

I actually have the Arctis 9x because it works with mobile, Xbox, and PC or any other Bluetooth device. They sound absolutely great and the mic is rly high quality too. Would highly recommend this and ALL steelseries products 😀
the arctis 9x and 7x and practically the same except I'm pretty sure the 7x uses a USB-C dongle and is slightly cheaper. Both great and I'm pretty sure can even connect to a playstation via Bluetooth(haven't tried it)

@@EyelessAce I bought my 9Xs directly from Steelseries, on their web site. Customer service for the RMA process was horrible, and apparently designed mostly to discourage returns. Honestly, if I was working right now I would have just trashed them and gone down to Best Buy for some Astros, but the 9Xs were over 200CDN so I went through the process. Not sure I will again if the replacements fail. I spend 10+ hours a day in them between games, movies and YT, so frustrations affect me more than most I suppose.

Picked up a tcl 646 for $600 on Black Friday, think they’re about $700 on sale now - 65 inch 4k @ 120hz. Best panel for that price tbh. Absolutely love it

I just picked up the 9X, the step up from the 7's, only difference is that the 9's add in Bluetooth which you can connect to while connected to my Series X at the same time.
How old is this video anyway? You say the 7X headset is better than the newest version? I just bought the Arctis9X.

Chances are no game will require all 3 settings anyway.
Does 4K 120hz HDR then proceeds to show that you have to turn off one of those settings to even get the tv to work. So NO it doesn’t do 120hz 4k HDR it does two of the three but not all at once without issues.
That’s why I stick to Samsung when it comes to TVs they never let me down.

@@BaxterretxaB 4k 60hz hdr is probably the most you will get out of games this gen, with the exception of a few games that are not very demanding such as The Tourist. 120hz will be used for lower graphical setting. DMC5 and Destiny 2 proves this, to get 120hz the resolution is reduced. Your expectations are a bit too high, if you want 4k 120hz and hdr all on go build a pc, you will not get all of that for $500.
@@anthonyroberts7486 my point being that they use that as a main selling point of games and it’s false. XboxOneX came out and said it would hold 60fps and it does. Why release the next gen when they can’t hold up to the promise that was so hyped of 4k 120hz HDR. People will switch to pc like you said if they can’t soon deliver what they claim this gen can do.
got the benQ ex25 and it’s amazing with the series x. Full 120fps at 1080p & 4K @ 60 fps. Absolutely love the series x!

Elite series 2 is an amazing feeing controller. I’ve had one for over a year now and I take care of mine like a new born baby but it has took a bad fell once but this controller wears down noticeably on heavy use. I have slight stick drift, RB button requires more pressure to actually work now for some reason, the trigger pressure jobs fell off recently. It’s an amazing controller but after heavy use it wears down but it still is superior to a normal controller.

Wow, that's crazy with the HDR setting. It must be a tv update thing. My LG C9 doesn't have that issue. Different TV but same manufacturer so maybe check to see if the TV is fully updated and use the cable that came with the system directly to the tv.
I have the Elite Controller 2 as well and it's the best controller I've ever owned. Trigger depression, Dpad custom, extra buttons on the bottom, tactile feel, grip, everything about this controller is awesome! 5/5

The elite controller is an WHOLE another level
I have the same setup in this vid and I have all those settings set on my TV and Xbox X and I don't have the green screen issue. I know LG and Microsoft put a few updates out so maybe the fix was in one of those, but mine is just fine. I so glad you did this vid btw, I researched from the start of this year for the perfect TV to handle the new consoles and this one time and time again came up as the best option if you don't want to spend a grand on a TV. My grandmother has the LG OLED CX and this TV can hang pretty well with it

My 2019 LG Nanocell 9 Series plays 4k @ 120HZ with the HDR10 setting on and no issues. It may be a Nano85 series bug issue. Other than the Xbox Series X is phenomenal on my Nanocell!

Interesting the Samsung q80t doesn’t do that green effect when all settings are turned on.
That’s why I choose Samsung for my tvs.
The biggest drawback to Samsung, unless they recently done a firmware upgrade, is that they do not support Dolby Vision and the last that I heard from Samsung is that they don't currently plan to do so. I don't know about the PS5 but I do know that Xbox Series X will use Dolby Vision

Props for highlighting the issues with that tv, but I have to wonder why you didn’t choose a different tv to showcase. The LG CX on the high end or the Samsung Q70T at the midrange, would have been better choices, as both support 4K VRR 120hz.

Hey, how do you find the steel series? I've heard a lot of mixed things about their connectivity and such.
@@chrissutherland1639 they’re really comfy, actually. They work better than advertised! It has great surround sound and audio range, which means you’ll hear things you wouldn’t hear normally (like voice lines, or bullets from far away). They also block out all the noise from the outside, and with most of them the mic is retractable, so you can wear them anywhere. I strongly recommend you pick up a headset.
Some of the older ones may have slight problems with the cables, but that can be fixed by either cable replacement, or pushing it back in.
Its the developers, in setting turn off depth in field.
