I like focused strengthening and sculpting exercises like this. I use 3 kg dumbbell with this and girl you got me seeing stars while doing this workout. It's so challenging I have rarely seen a trainer like you. Thank you.

Find a swing dancing club or something around you and do that! It’s my favorite part of my week and is great cardio too! Just an idea - but you’ll thank me if you try it 😉

This video is SO underrated!! I love following along with instructors when I work out but most glute workouts with dumbbells have lots of squats/lunges and it's too hard on my knees. This is the perfect low impact glute workout, I feel the booty burn SO MUCH every time!!

Love your videos! I’ve tried many work out programs such as Sweat with Kayla, insanity, etc and I’ve tried so many TH-cam channels but I always get bored and give up easily. I constantly look at the time left for a video. Your videos are long but the workout goes by so quickly. I don’t find myself staring at the time! It’s challenging but fun. I always wake up sore the next day too. I hardly got sore with other youtubers. Definitely recommend trying her videos!

There are several factors in increasing bottom size. One place I found that succeeds in merging these is the Magic bottom blueprint (google it if you're interested) it's the best treatment i've seen.look at the unbelievable info .

Love it! I've been doing this workout for many months now! However, Nicole exercises the first leg for about 8 minutes, and the second leg - for 7 minutes. I think it's a good idea to set a timer so that there won't be any difference ⌚
