it's been years but I always come back to this workout. It's THE butt workout for me.
Been doing this with ankle weights and 10 min hiit cardio right after this 3 times a week for 5 weeks, loving the results, my thighs look so much leaner and toned, my butt is lifted and more round. My lower body looks so good, recommend this one with cardio :)

SAME, i started on friday afternoon and just finished it rn (its monday night)
One of my fav workouts. You come in appreciating how it's all on the floor(If you're lazy like me lol) but you definitely work up a sweat. I can now use added weight and it's super effective.

Andreea Ioana, in fact, once or twice a week along with other workouts. This one is remarkable, 'cause it is a burner for that particular muscle group - glutes))

This vid is the best!
At first I found it super difficult to get through half of the video but then I start the routine from "the real burner"(around 14:00) to the end and then go back to the beginning of the video to do the rest, and somewhat I find it less difficult to complete the whole routine, comparing to follow the steps from the very beginning. Thanks a lot for making this super-burner video, I can see the result! :)
