Please prepare buffet and no personal chopsticks on sharing food. Get us hotel rooms too. Also no local kids and selling food and drinks at the skywalk. And move the stall that selling things next to the waterfall to somewhere farther away so we can enjoy the nature more. Tks.

to Jasmine Ha Giang: you should listen to some customers' less positive comments to improve your business: the foods are boring, repetitive (same dishes for 4 days), and "too Vietnamese": not enough international flavors. Things like hot dogs, hamburgers, pizzas are not difficult to serve. Buy them frozen and just heat them up, and international travelers won't be choosy after a tiring day bouncing up and down on bike on mountainous roads. You can add well known Vietnamese dishes like pho, bun cha etc. Second, be careful with personal hygiene. Do not make people eat together so closely. Sharing foods is a good feature of Vietnamese family-oriented culture, but not hygienic in general, as communicable diseases can spread. Treat it like during Covid. You can learn by seeing how most hotels in Vietnam serving breakfast buffets. It may cost more money, but international travelers will be happy to pay for higher quality food and accommodation. Good luck developing your business. There is a lot of potential to develop this into a higher-tier business attracting wealthier tourists who will pay top money for quality. Make money by developing better service, you can go from 1-star hostel to 5-star resort and be rich.

@@jasminehagiang I haven't taken the HG Loop, but I see potential for it to grow like Sapa, which was hardly a tourist thing 20, 30 yrs ago. If Vietnam's tourism continues to grow, in another 10-15 yrs, Ha Giang can be another Sapa for mainstream tourists. Many might not be fit and rugged to ride motorbikes, but they can sit in comfy jeeps like Safari in Africa, and they can pay for accommodations and amenities like 5-star Sapa hotels. My comments about foods and practices are based on tourists' reviews of HGL online. Most raved about it (which is why I think it has great potential), but a few were concerned (appropriately). An international best practice of food serving is the buffet style: have food trays and let people take the food onto their plates. People can sit together on the same table, but no personal chopsticks touching the common food dishes. This is for your guides' protection as well: they have to be in contact with people all over the world, some might have viruses that your guides never have immunity. So, it's about fundamental modern hygiene. Wish you the best.

the business can grow to 500 visitors/day (average), each can pay $200/day. This can be a $35 M revenue/yr business.
