    As a long term resident of Japan, I could never get Japanese food while on vacation. It would feel like such a waste of my food experience. But that is just me.

      That is very true, but in some cases Thailand has restaurants that serves food more delicious than the actual country they came from, and at a much lower price

    Jomtien area great food indeed also the Casa Pascal Fine dining in Pattaya A1 it's the best around town.

      Yea love the restaurants and cafes at Jomtien, i will check out this Casa Pascal place, but fine dining sounds expensive haha

    Looks very similar to Phuket. In terms of things to do. Is it worth visiting pattays if you short on time or better to stick to phuket?

      I have only been to Phuket a couple of times, but it felt like the prices in Phuket is somewhat higher than activities in Pattaya, but ultimately both beach city offers roughly the same international food, good nightlife and decent beaches.
      I don't think its worth it spending time traveling between Phuket and Pattaya, as they offer roughly the same things to do.

    Pattaya beach is one of the most ugly beaches in thailand.

    The worst island ever in Thailand to visit. Only for night clubs and bars. In dry season maybe the beach and water sports only
