Nice and simple video. But very useful info!! Must have put in quite a bit of effort! Thank you for sharing! For the KHLong Lat Mayom Floating Market, the ticket is it 2-way round trip and you can explore at your time at each stop without having to rush for the boat timing?
Hi there. The ticket was for the boat tour. It's an hour long tour that takes you around the canals and have 2 stops along the way. Hi there. They usually accept credit cards in malls, bars and restaurants. But for street food and floating markets, it's only cash. We used the Grab app to book a taxi. Hi, I noticed that most of your itineraries are accessible thru train/pier. Do you suggest travelling thru public transportation than book a travel agency with pre-arranged place and transport? Are locals welcoming to tourist, and not shutting people down unlike what I've experienced in HongKong to english speaking tourist? And are google maps accurate? I have been to Japan as well thru DIY but I am a bit hesitant to do it in Thailand. Hope you could give two cents on it. Thank you more views and subscribers to your channel!
Hi there. Taking the public transportation in Bangkok was fairly easy to get to most places on this itinerary. You'd only need to book tours if you plan to go further outside the city like Ayutthaya, Mae Khlong train market, Amphawa Floating Market or the Safari World. Locals are friendly and ticket officers do speak some english. Google maps is very accurate for the places we went. It's our 4th time visiting Bangkok and we've only DIY all the time. Hope this helps 😄
With the train system, can you buy a day pass or do you have to pay for each trip individually?
