If you explore all the terminals in University Point, you can the password for the vault and the password for the safe and won't need to hack the vault or pick the lock.

A lot of uniques in vanilla are kinda eh for the most part. I always recommend either unique uniques or... i actually dont remember its name. But its basically UU bit for all vanilla and DLC uniques to give them some flair... plus UP77 is an actual recharger weapon either way.
Well recently on the game I'm playing I'm currently about a level 45 and I'm carrying a radium rifle that has an enchantment on it that slows down time while you're aiming and I carry the ghoulslayer Napalm gun that you get from the mission where you go into the Iron Works and take it back and do the radar armor and I carry the Ultron head pistol and I tend to carry the 40 mm grenade launcher and or a triple barrel rocket launcher that's a pretty solid Loadout and takes I can take on anything
I played a lot of Fallout, never found the Railway rifle, like ever. I did find the Axe, but i didn't take it yet, until my strength was at 10 and I had all the comics.
The music stopped and it won't come back 😢I love this music. Can anyone help because I can't go through starting the game again! I'm playing on Xbox series x.
The Railway Rifle can also be found in one of the traincars at Bedford Station. It will only be there once you've reached level 20.
