There’s a mod called tales from the commonwealth or something like that that adds a bunch of new npcs and quests it even adds a small raider gang you can join and a brothel near diamond city

Theres also a mod that restores the Combat Zone's cut content. Sinxe youre on PC you could definitely use it for next time
