Also Hisoka using mind games to completely outwit Gotoh, making him think the coins were the key to Hisoka's attack, but it was just a diversion to pop down and cut his throat.

We actually don't know how strong Hisoka really is since he holds back for pure thrill. He seems to enjoy pain and seeing others despair when fighting at their best. Chrollo is an enigma to him for some reason, but he is considerably stronger than most of everybody. I would place him in the top 5 of currently alive people.
