Hello mate! Thank you for the kind encouragement. We are multiple in the space right now, in fact about 5 of us. My unique differentiation is a particular focus on the story and achievable recommendations. I am constantly trying to brainstorm on what I can improve, and while we don’t reach millions yet I find great value in reading comments like yours and in the positive updates of people coming to the show. I always felt just like a number in a big US corporation, and today I feel that I make an impact, maybe small but at least I am trying ☺️

And I am surprised that you remembered, yes my partner and I are trying to give it a shot in LA for 6 months and see if we can make it. The goal is to expand the TH-cam channel however I am not 100% sure for how long given the high cost of production and 70hours+ weeks right now. Our biggest ever video (something never done on YT I promise! Is coming early December) and I am really hoping that this one is THE ONE 🏆

This is why you don’t spend all the money you make. Peoples income goes up, they seem to spend accordingly. The reason they say people who are a millionaires don’t look like they live like millionaires is because they’re saving their money. If you’re spending all of your money, it’s a house of cards that will collapse if there’s anything that goes wrong.

You are absolutely right, this is called "lifestyle inflation". Expenses rise to meet income. One key to building wealth is frugality.

Lost home and business, admits to having made bad financial decisions and failed her customers. IRS had to raid her bank account. Now claims to untwist intestines from a distance. Oh dear.

Supported herself and her husband after the bankruptcy, overcame the crisis and rebuilt herself step by step by finding full time employment and starting several businesses as well. Taking responsibility and planning for a brighter future. Way to go!

She lives in a fantasy world.She had nothing after bankruptcy. I believe your house is not taken away on bankruptcy. She spent every penny she earned on flashly stuff instead of buying reasonable property and ordinary vehicles

If you like to have coffee you can tote around with you, you can buy thermal paper coffee cups with lids that you put homemade coffee into. It comes to about 15 cents per cup. Or just use a refillable coffee mug with cover.

I do not think it is a sad story. It is a story of poor planning. At one point, she had multiple cars and a second house on the water.

This woman is super hard to relate to, for various reasons. She doesn't seem trustworthy to me. I don't think it is worth interviewing people like this - unlike some of your other videos which were quite thought provoking.
I think it’s difficult to judge that fast. Everyone tell their stories in different ways, and I can see where you are coming from, but I rather being real and let individuals speak themselves rather than blocking for the specific stories I’m looking for … if that makes sense :)

I’m glad that Marlene shared her story because it is a cautionary tale on what happens if a person comes into money and they don’t know how to properly manage it. This happens a lot with people from humble backgrounds - they want to live it up when the money comes in. It’s not a knock on her (or others) - it’s very common for people who come into money to end up living paycheck-to-paycheck and put themselves in financial danger if things go wrong because they’re so excited about being able to afford a luxury lifestyle.
The “paint and puff” is actually a good business idea, since cannabis is legal for recreational use in a number of states, and it’s likely that it’ll be legal in the entire US within the next few years. I’d also offer gummies/baked goods/candies for those who don’t like to smoke. 😉

Maybe she is on this show as a free advertising ploy! (Two boats, a house in the woods and no savings and wants a trailer? A husband that doesn’t work? Maybe neither will even qualify for social security? Who knows. If he is truly disabled why not on social security disability? Something is off!
You didn't "lose" your home. You leveraged your home for a failing business. You bought a boat instead of paying your taxes and got busted by the IRS.
People: look around you. When you see peeps with new boats, fast cars, and big houses... 90% are leveraged. Its a very temporary lifestyle. Kinda like marrying the hottest girl in school. It neve lasts... Marry the smart one, not the hot one.

I understand your point. What I mean to say is that I'm not promoting anything specific; I'm simply going through the motions. Although I'm not particularly religious myself, I do believe in something greater than us. I think everyone should have the opportunity to explore their choice in their own way, provided it remains peaceful and respectful. This was the case with the video, so I chose to leave it unchanged after editing.

Hello mate! If you are referring to the metal lamp behind the interviewees then this one is more random art to be honest haha I just really liked the vibe it has. The goal was to create a cozy environment pleasing to the eye of the watcher and for the person on the show :) now if you pay close attention next to it are a bunch of white books. Written on the border of those books is: WE TAKE ACTION😁 a direct reference to the show !

I graduated High School at 17. Dad said ....PAY MY MORTGAGE...yes the whole thing....or leave. No choice there. No bike.....no car....no drivers license. Thanks for another great show. I have a lot of compassion for this women. I used to be in the new age and it’s very deceptive and prays on vulnerable people and then those people unknowingly can end up doing the same. Similar to Multi level marketing schemes. All the things you have to buy to do your work (and to be fair, many things regarding work need supplies, but it’s more than that, it’s the deception of abundance work which clearly is not working for her), all the workshops, it’s a money pit. I’m sure she has good intentions but I also pray she finds Jesus instead. No crystals required. Praying for her 🙏 and I also pray her finances improve. Thanks Romaine for helping her get closer to that goal.

The Reiki healing is one thing, but I hope she gets out of the mlm, legal shield, or lets be honest mlms plural because where there's one there's usually others with people like her. (but at least legalsheild isn't a product based mlm so she cant waste money on inventory)
Is the housing cost just the mortgage or rent? Does it need to include things like HOA fees? For comparing income to housing ratio, do you use gross income or net?

I am a HUGE reptile fan and I own a large amount of reptiles: snakes, lizards, etc. I have a room dedicated to them, and the largest being a python that's almost 6 feet. nationwide does offer exotic pet insurance coverage for reptiles, birds, and small mammals, and they're basically the only company that does: it's roughly 20$ a month and does cover visits and surgery. I can't speak for birds and small mammal owners but reptile vet bills aren't usually that bad. The average reptile bill is like 100$ for an exam and about 300-500$ for surgery. I would suggest a reptile owner to keep 1000$ on the side just in case it's needed and to try and find an exotic vet somewhere near their vicinity because they aren't that common. Many geckos can live to be 25 years old and snakes can live to be upwards of 50 years old.
