You are CORRECT in your assessment about Audi! In my RS car I can put it in comfort and it is so peaceful, I love it! But when I put it in Dynamic and S drive, it's loud and stiff suspension. I love how the character in Audi cars can change.
How is the fuel consumption when you drive it in confort where i live gas is expensive i want to drive it as a daily i know it reaches 30-40 l/100km when you drive it fast but i wonder about it's confort mode. Plus i heard it can shut off half of the engine when it's on confort mode is it true ?
tough one - i REALLY like the S8, but if you need more cargo space and like the styling then the RSQ8 would bea good way to go - also I suspect the RSQ8 will have better resale value
Someone has already asked you…how you preferred this as compared to the “S8”. I think they meant the SQ8. I’m so torn…..I ordered the 2023 RSQ8, due to land in May 2024. But I just drove the SQ8 yesterday. I liked it. I have 720s, NSX, 911 turbo. So this is replacing a jeep trackhawk. Will I be ok. With the SQ8, or is there a huge difference between the SQ8, and this. The one thing I don’t like are the 23” rims on summer tires. That means I automatically will need to buy 22”’s with all seasons for the winter. I’m also pissed that they did a face refresh on the 2024 Q8, and SQ8, but not the RSQ8 ( what in the hell sense did that make to Audi. (It supposed to be refreshed for the 2025 model year. I’m just ranting. But any thoughts. Have you driven them side by side? I have not had a chance to drive an RSQ8 yet. Are the seats identical, or are they tighter and stiffer in a RSQ8? My dealers cannot even answer this question.
The RSQ8 is worth the wait and the 23s are not as bad as they reportedly say on reviews. I don’t have winters like you in South Africa but my 2023 RSQ8 is so sublime and terrifying exciting that I can’t believe that I get to drive it daily. 😅 hope this helps your anxiety.
Currently owns an SQ8 with multiple 911s in the past. You don't need the RSQ8 given your collection... it will never feel like a real sports car, and the SQ8 is plenty fast enough. We also have the 23" wheels and I hated them too. Looks great on showroom floor, but it is a punishing ride... especially if you have pothole-laden roads. Think about it this way. With 23" I have to run the suspension on "comfort" mode half the time to be acceptable. And this car looks the best with the "dynamic" (lowest) suspension settings, plus loads more fun to drive. I'd rather have smaller rims and be able to constantly run in Dynamic mode (sits lower, corner better, looks more aggressive) than stuck with 23" rims at comfort / highly-lifted suspension settings. Because that just looks silly...
Special thanks to our Patreons for their support of the channel! RSQ8 or X5M?

They’re awesome 😎

You blurred out the speedometer but forgot to blur out the heads up display. 80 ish in 35 zone … dayum! 😅
Looked at all the contenders you mentioned and stuck with the RSQ8. We Got a 2024 in Navarra Blue. Gonna make a video soon, great video man!
nice, enjoy it!
Genuinely adore how you blur the dash when you're testing its acceleration.. y'know for um safety purposes
Safety first 😜👍 always
but you should better hide the window dash also 😅@@dwnshft
Dude had me at "what's up 5.0" 😂
Great review of an awesome car! but what are the 19 things we need to know?
WHICH WOULD YOU CHOOSE BETWEEN THIS AND THE S8?

What's with the shaking of the steering wheel at speed???
How does trunk room compare to RS7 ?
I’m appreciate not blurring the HUD

12:21 🎉🎉🎉 this did justice! Thanks ☺️
you have your dash hidden when you accelerate, however, you stil have HUD which shows your speed.Typical rookie mistake. Doing 80 in a 35 zone.
Thanks for your thorough review!

I think the cognac interior is terrible. Especially on a black vehicle.
I think it’s hot. I hate black on black, and gray is dull
u have to seen it in real its so big
